Grenosan's ingredients are natural and since i am sensitive to heavy chemicals which are common on these supplements, it has been a great upside for me. I go to the gym atleast 2x a week and i now do it 4x since my energy is much better now. No side effects whatsoever, just some nice results which i truly appreciate.
