Guided me through rapidly changing eyesight problems with patience, care and attention. Now able to see clearly after nearly six months of wondering if I would ever see properly again. Full marks. Not the least expensive place to go but worth the money.
I’ve bought a pair of prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. The team at G&S are fantastic, thorough and kept me updated throughout the entire process.
Having always used chain Opticians before, I was surprised at how thorough the team at G&S were when I collected my glasses. I’ve never experienced this amount of attention to detail from the chains. Very minute adjustments being made to the arms and frames right before my eyes to make sure they fit nicely and were level/straight. I was very impressed at the almost OCD level of attentiveness.
I had an issue with the glasses which were covered under warranty (a manufacturer fault and nothing to do with G&S). G&S were fantastic at resolving it and gave me regular updates and it was sorted within a week.

On Tuesday after Easter I broke the frame to my glasses. (The lenses were OK.) I took them in to Gregory & Seeley in Cranleigh on Wednesday. The same frames were still available. They hoped they would be ready on Thursday but the frames didn't arrive, so they rang me - always appreciated! I had my new glasses on Friday. Wonderful courteous and helpful service!
Fantastic experience at Gregory & Seeley - brilliant choice of frames and great clinical care and expertise. Felt so well looked after by the team and treated as an individual, which makes a change and really sets this independent practice apart from mainstream chains. Pure quality for all.
