Very attentive to my problem with my poor quality lawn. After it was given the full package of lawn restoration treatments it was still not back to normal but GreenThumb returned 3 times to help rectify it at no cost to me. Mr Dan Gregory the last operative to attend was especially thorough and virtually repeated the whole full package again which was commendable.

Had second scarification done which was totally unnecessary as it was later found to be leather jackets causing the problem . You are the experts so, why was it diagnosed on your first visit?

Have been using Green Thumb for 4 years now. Grass is full of weeds and moss. Treatments are done at the wrong time of year. Will be cancelling shortly.

I've used GT for 25 years or more and my lawn is OK, not fantastic, but acceptable. In recent times, they have become a pain to co-ordinate. They keep giving me one days notice of treatment even though I've complained twice about it and been assured it will not happen again. You are not supposed to cut the lawn for three days before so how can they even consider one days notice? They also cancelled my account unilaterally but still continued taking the Direct Debit. Drinking parties and breweries come to mind. They are also upselling constantlyand have become expensive. Might cancel my account.

Courteous, thorough and caring

The service is highly reliable. The product seems to be less effective than it was in the past.

Green Thumb are incapable of booking a consultation when you speak with them.
They can only text you a date which you then have to call them to rearrange.
Having done this several times so that I finally had a date that was convenient they didn’t turn up and I have heard nothing since.
If they are this awful to deal with before signing up for there services I certainly will be staying well clear

The products used seem to work very well but maybe more time taken to distribute/spread it. Overall I have know complaints just an observation.

I have had a number of treatments from GreenThumb and it is never disappointing. The service received from Glyn Hargreaves today went above and beyond. He gave me tips and advice and thoroughly explained all the procedure and expectations of the treatments. His knowledge was second to none and is genuinely passionate about his work for this Company. I was so impressed and very often folk complain and forget to give credit when it is deserved. I cannot recommend him more highly. First class service by your employee, he was friendly, polite and also gave good tips and recommendations.

I booked a video call with green thumb. Nobody joined the call. No reply to my email to customer services. Needless to say i will not be using this company.

We have been using GreenThumb for about twenty years and over the last year, our lawn is the worst we have ever seen it. There are more weeds, especially thistles than grass and despite speaking to someone over a week ago and discussing our concerns, no one has been in touch. Very very disappointing treatment of loyal customers
