Exceptionally good company

Exceptionally good company. Small issue with order on arrival - but went above and beyond to rectify swiftly. Very friendly and amazing people - great company cannot recommend highly enough

Thank you the Tube Heater arrived…

Thank you the Tube Heater arrived quickly and works very well at keeping my greenhouse frost-free thank you. Also, I checked the prices on eBay and yours was a little cheaper and had a higher output im very pleased.

Email stated ready for pickup. Staff had no idea about the order..two items not in stocks and had to have a refund for one and alternative item for the other..staff instore very sympathetic and did best to accommodate. Ordered before with no issues.

we apologise about this experience our system said the items were in stock at the barnsley store and they were unfortunately out of stock due to a back order which staff at the sheffield store were unaware of , we hope to do better next time and be more prepared for your arrival :)
