Greens Norton House Reviews 

We had a fabulous weekend at Greens Norton. The house is beautiful with plenty of room. The games room was a hit with the kids. The weather was shocking but a few people still braved the hot tub which was great. The kitchen is well equipped, even with sharp knives!!(unheard of in a rental usually!!) The bedrooms were all a good size and the beds comfy. Can't think of anything negative to say at all! Thanks so much!

Greens Norton House is fabulous. It is welcoming, spacious and is a marvelous place for large groups of people to come together. We had two days of working and collaborating as a team. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need and with two dishwashers made clearing up easy. The hot tub and games room were both popular in the evening with the wonderful Christmas decorations adding a magical sparkle. Thank you.

What a fantastic place to stay. Our large group of friends and growing families all stayed a few weeks ago and it surpassed our expectations. We’ve stayed in a few places over the years but Greens Norton had the best facilities and everything we could have needed. 2 x dishwashers a relief! A table that actually fitted us all with room to spare and plenty of room elsewhere. Hot tub was a wonderful treat and bonus surprise of local fireworks display being able to be viewed from the garden was the cherry on top! Communication was easy and fast, would recommend to anyone.

Ideal location for our family get-together. The house is beautiful - spacious, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with everything you need.

Greens Norton House is just stunning.
Very tastefully restored to a very high standard. The bedrooms are big and comfortable, with plenty of bathrooms. The lounge is a lovely room to sit in especially in the evening with a fire going if it has got a bit chilly. The dining room has a huge table which was great for the family to sit around and eat / talk, play games etc.
A very well equipped kitchen and utility room.
I love the staircase and the hall with it's huge open fireplace.
The grounds and surrounding countryside are beautiful. Hot tub was an added bonus.
I could go on and on about this house.

For the second year in a row we held our family get together at Greens Norton House. The house takes my breath away. Tastefully decorated with a good mix of modern and original character and charm. Good sized bedrooms with comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms & the best equipped kitchen I've ever had in a rental property. Whatever you need is there. Plenty to occupy yourself with, a games room, a hot tub, a bbq, all set in beautifully stunning grounds in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. Would highly recommend.

A wonderful house to stay in for a long weekend, or a weeks break…..
It has everything you need, beautiful landscaped gardens all round.. Hot tub to wind down in was a welcome sight…
All rooms exquisitely decorated. Games room was used ALOT. Can’t wait to go again, absolutely loved it. So much room for a family gathering and chill 😎

Our second stay at this house and I can't praise it enough.
Everything is catered for , the house is beautiful and immaculately kept, set in stunning gardens, a very tranquil setting.
Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Our second family group stay at Greens Norton House. Great location. Beautiful house, well appointed and very spacious.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are are beautifully laid out and very comfortable with additional toilets dotted around. The dining room is a great place for all to get together to eat, chat, play games and have a singsong, but it's also nice that you can find a quiet place to read or chat in either the main lounge or the smaller one.
Hot tub was very popular. We also had a lovely BBQ on the patio.
The kitchen is very well appointed with two cooking ranges and loads of utensils, crockery, glasses plus two spacious fridges.

Just had a fabulous family weekend at Greens Norton House. Well equipped with everything you’ll need from crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc. to comfy beds, relaxing lounge areas and games room. Not forgetting the hot tub and bbq for enjoying the outside space. Super clean, with plenty of bathrooms. Can’t wait for a return visit.

A fabulous house with everything provided beyond expectations. Everything was immaculate when we arrived - the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and our guests were absolutely delighted. Lauren was so helpful throughout. We cannot recommend Greens Norton House too highly. We had a fantastic weekend and I am sure you would too.

An absolutely beautiful house in a gorgeous location. Everything about our stay was perfect. Lauren was very friendly, excellent at communicating, happy to answer any questions we had and even made an amazing cake for my husband's 50th birthday.
The house is stunning, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The games room was a lot of fun and the huge dining table was perfect to fit all our friends. We were very lucky with the weather so made the most of the beautiful grounds and the hot tub. We even managed a big game of rounders with 30 people!
We headed to the local pub, The Butchers Arms, for lunch and received 10% off. I can really recommend, the food was delicious and the staff very friendly.
Overall we absolutely loved our weekend, thank you Greens Norton House!

We booked Greens Norton for a family celebration weekend, and it was a fantastic house for us. We were 21 in total, ranging from young children to Grandparents, and the house was a fantastic base for us to relax and celebrate. It’s beautifully furnished and the kitchen in a great space, well equipped with everything you need for a large group. All bedrooms were generous sizes and the living space, and outdoor patio were lovely large areas to cook and eat together. The gardens were also lovely and beautifully kept - we played croquet, cricket and enjoyed the hot tub. The team were excellent in the booking process and during our stay. Hopefully we’ll be back!

We booked this house for my friend’s hen do. The house is amazing! It’s beautiful and extremely well equipped, we loved the games room and garden with hot tub. There was lots of space for everyone and we had a brilliant time. Lauren was also very helpful and kind. Thank you for having us!

We were greeted pleasantly by Lauren, who showed us around and explained how things worked both inside and out. The family had a great weekend and everyone was very happy with the accommodation, bedrooms and living area. There was plenty of space and games for the children to play.

After driving through the village the first house you see is Green Norton House, it looks amazing and surrounded by fields. We were greeted at the door by Lauren and showed around everything was explained, the house itself is beautiful, we were celebrating a 30th birthday and had 20 people staying, the hot tub was a bonus and the teenagers spent most of their time playing pool in the games room. The kitchen was well equipped, there's a couple of fridges and 2 dishwashers, the large serving bowls came in handy when trying to feed such a large group, the small living room next to the dining room was equipped with toddler toys which was great for my grandson especially when he had finished eating he could play where we could keep an eye on him while we were sat round the table. The beds were comfy, the pillows and duvet were like new, we gave Lauren a list if how we would like the rooms set up as some would be twins and it worked well, there was enough bathrooms with the choice of either a bath or a shower. Check in and check out was easy. I would recommend Greens Norton House and we would definitely stay there again.

We had my husband 40th birthday at Greens Norton House and it exceeded all our expectations!! The house was immaculate when we arrived and very grand, so much bigger than we thought it would be. It was the only house within our price range that accommodated the whole family. Lauren was lovely from the start and made us feel very welcome on our initial tour round the house. She honestly made the stay so very relaxed which isn’t easy with a party of 20 lol. I couldn’t recommend this house anymore if you’re wanting a house for the entire family to stay in. Thank you again Lauren and we shall be back soon xx

We discovered Greens Norton House when looking for a property to house our extended family reunion and what a gem we found.
The owners were very happy for us to visit the property in advance and this just confirmed that we had found the right place.
The booking process through Lauren and the team was so straightforward and they were very understanding and accommodating of a number of changes to our party size.
On arrival we were so impressed with just how beautifully presented the property was and how well equipped it was, we literally wanted for nothing throughout our stay.
The various rooms downstairs allowed our party (80+ -12yrs) to naturally break up into different groups with the games room being a big hit with the youngsters.
The dining room with its impressive table allowed all 25 of us to sit down together and made for a memorable Saturday night.
The bedrooms, all very well presented, can be configured in various ways and this helped us accommodate all the different family groups in our party.
Outside there are generous wrap around gardens, dining furniture and a hot tub that was again a hit with the young ones.
Sunday Lunch and Saturday drinks at the Butchers Arms, a few minutes down the road, we’re both great and Sam and his team really look after us.
We really enjoyed our time at Greens Norton House and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Absolutely superb.
It was immaculate and everything had been thought through. It suited everyone in our group for different reasons, across all four generations. Communication was clear and kind, and they were very amenable and helpful when last minute changes were made to arrivals.
It was beautiful and all members of the family had an amazing time, due to the wonderful place.
Will definitely stay here again!

This house is an absolute gem. I booked this house for my best friend’s hen party - 18 women. The accommodation was perfect! Lovely bedrooms with very comfy beds and posh duvets, very comfortable lounge areas, huge dining space, very well equipped kitchen and second mini kitchen (LOADS of fridge and freezer space), a big and gorgeous garden, plus the hot tub of course. Plenty of parking, you could fit around 15 cars on the gravel outside.
Lauren showed us round and was absolutely brilliant. Very professional, answered all our questions and nothing seemed too much. Her communication throughout the booking process was excellent too.
It was a privilege to stay here and I will absolutely be keeping it in mind for future gatherings! Thanks so much for having us :D
