I bought this mobility scooter for my wife and it’s been nothing but trouble. First of all, it wouldn’t fold from the fob or switch on the back. That sorted, a couple of months later it refuses to do anything. Definitely the worst purchase I have made. Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague.

I purchased the superlightly in January 2026. Wasn't able to use for health reasons until March . Only one battery would charge so I emailed them through Ebay. No reply received so I purchased a new charger from a mobility store. They have emailed to say that because we did that we voided the warranty so they cant/won't help. To replace the battery would be £149.; scooter is fine but faulty as advertised with 2 batteries but only one works.. item is not as described. Think very carefully before purchasing as customer service is awful.

I would rate a 0 but the lowest was 1 . I brought the ZT500 mobility scooter in 2024 had nothing but problems with it from 3 months of delivery date . Every time I called them told them the problems they said maintenance would call me back within 24 hours . Surprise surprise they would not come out to fix the issues . I broke the front brake cable they wanted to charge me £245 to fix it . I refused to pay that asked to just send me a new cable which my neighbour is going to do for me it cost £39 . The engineer that came to deliver it and the one who changed my wheels to solid was great and friendly . But the customer service just fobs you of with excuses and lies . I regret buying from Greenpower and recommend anyone buying anything like this go somewhere else DON’T use Greenpower . There quick enough to take your money but don’t want to sort out repairs until the warranty expires

I would like to thank Michael from the Greenpower mobility repairs team who came out to fix my scooter. Unfortunately after looking at the steering column which needed repairing he found that the steering column wasn't the problem he found the the subframe had detached from the steering column. He phoned the repair department and told them that the repair that he had come out to repair that he wasn't able to carry out he told them it was the subframe. He said that he had raised another repair call out to get this sorted he was polite cheerfull and explained everything. I said I hope i wouldn't have to pay anymore than I I had already paid he said they would let me know.

Brilliant service and delivery from Trevor, the Engineer who went the extra mile to demonstrate and ensure I knew how to use all the scooter functions. He fully explained all the paperwork that goes with the scooter and did not leave until I was entirely confident with my purchase and use.

Sadly he died last month, so I called to see if they would buy it as its like new, all they said was " na we don't buy our own." That put me on the back foot ...
And all the mobility scooters companies I have called ALL say they are rude , don't let us buy any service items from them and one company said " how they are still going is amazing, as they are rude and charge min £120 for NO work and do t fix the problem.. I needed to exchange my Fastest scooter…
I needed to exchange my Fastest scooter for a three wheeled ZT500 due to manoeuvrability issues in the corridors of the retirement community/village in which I live. No hassle and superb service from Green Power. Scooter has created a lot of positive reactions from the residents here. Scooter runs like a dream and does at least 35 miles on a charge (I have't tried to run the battery to its limit of 45 miles as personal range anxiety is a limiting factor ). On present performance I expect this scooter to last for many years and expect to buy a replacement from Green Power if this scooter ever wears out.
Following my review on Greenpower and a lack of local maintenance companies
When I wrote my last Greenpower review re their Fasterest scooter I have since found a great local firm who can maintain my scooter when necessary and particularly annually by arrangement and my scooter is police and goverment registered officially on my insurance. Which has removed any anxiety about local assistance. The fastest is a brilliant machine for which I receive a lot of lovely comments and I am certain you could not buy a better safer form of transport for disability and you freedom of independence.

I received delivery of my three wheeled scooter two weeks ago and thought I'd save the review until I've run it for a while.
The ordering was easy, I used the chat on their website for questions that I had about which model to purchase. the Green Power staff were very helpful and professional in advising me and giving information.
The order was placed and they contacted me straight away to arrange a delivery date with a timed window. Delivery was spot on time, by their own staff, a lovely guy named Andy who went above and beyond to ensure everything was OK, and I was comfortable with the scooter.
I've been out on both short and long journeys and the scooter is fabulous. It's very comfortable, stable, easy to ride and the battery is great. The longest journey so far has been 18 miles with a few good hills included, the scooter handled perfectly and there was plenty of power left.
Would I choose this company and scooter again? Absolutely yes. Green Power 500 model is very attractive, comfortable and functional. The company is very helpful and professional with great customer service

I bought a new scooter in December 2024 and am very pleased with it. Had an unusual electrical problem with it in May 2025 and an engineer came out to repair it within 7 days. He fitted a new controller at no expense and was very friendly and affable.
I am 80 years old and have purchased several other makes of mobility scooters over the last 12 years and I find Green Power are way ahead the others in all aspects, value for money, customer service and warranty obligations - In fact I would go on to say "I've tried the Rest but Green Power are by far the Best!"
