I have recently places an order for trial packs. The order came through very quickly. There was an adequate amount in the pack to make sure the fussy dog liked it and it. was ok for digestion. Having a small dog it will take a while. yet to assess. Up to now all is well.

easy to order and arrived promptly. I order the white fish kibble as it is a really good low fat option instead of some of the "prescription" diets that are little more than rice, maize and a tiny bit of chicken. This food has quality ingredients and has a lower fat content than any of them and best of all my dog loves it

I have bought treats from Green Pantry in the past and they’re very good quality. I appreciated the proactive communications from the company regarding their courier/delivery delays and kept me updated throughout and confirmed the day they would arrive.

I have had two previous orders both…
I have had two previous orders both very good and the staff were very helpful. My dog is doing very well on the food and enjoys it. However my latest order has taken a week from my order being processed to the delivery to arrive. Possibly a carrier problem.. but still not yet delivered and as I have no tracking number I cannot contact Parcel Force for any update. (18/4)

Still waiting for an order from 11.04…
Still waiting for an order from 11.04 emailed asking for update due to going away and not enough puppy food to last - puppies grow quickly and the quantity has to increase. We paid for 1-2 working day delivery and still no sign of it 4 working days later. Didn’t even bother replying so no food and had to go away without it and take a 50 mile detour to get a bag from a local stockist. Terrible customer service - have no interest in the dog only the cash. Will not be ordering again.

During this period, we faced major and unexpected issues with ParcelForce, which caused significant delays that were unfortunately outside of our control. We sent updates through our email system to keep customers informed which were opened, and for anyone who contacted us directly in urgent need, we did everything possible to send orders out by alternative means including sending parcels manually via alternative couriers, making trips to the Post Office, and even hand delivering orders ourselves in the evenings for customers within a certain radius.
We are very sorry if you felt unsupported during this time. That is never the experience we want for any customer. We care deeply about our customers and their pets; the wellbeing of the dogs and cats we feed has always been at the heart of everything we do. It’s upsetting to read your comments and know we fell short for you on this occasion, we take your comments seriously.
We would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly, but we’ve been unable to reach you by phone. We genuinely would like the opportunity to put this right. GP.
