So easy and friendly to deal with. My Heritage custom-shop guitar arrived without delay in excellent condition.
I would have appreciated a little more notice of delivery from the vendor, but no bother, I was at home anyway.

ordered guitar a week ago. Seller said they in hospital. Waited. Now sells says product to heavy for shipping labels he was provided with.
I have offered to pay extra. No communication from green musicians e,cept to say order was canceled.
Extremely upset

I bought a music vst plugin on discount, I received it instantly on my email. I didn't saw it at first, finally it was on spam folder. I installed it, all is fine!

Green musicians, do you respond to emails? Because no message can be sent to you via your strange form due to illegal characters, prohibited words, contact informations...rd, st, mail...
Absolutely non-functional form, even if you delete everything that could be a problem.
I have problem about ordered synth, this was cancelled, but money is gone, no reaction within 1 week, amount about 500 eur! I read this rewievs and this looks like only possibility to make you respond...

Cheap products on the shop which is good. Had some problems with communication of delivery times and if it was coming, my product was sent later though on website it said it was delivered. Got guitar and there was problems with saddle that I wanted reassurance of but concerns weren’t replied to when I messaged them.

After sending 5 mails they finally reacted after the last mail in French.

Good shop! Nice prices and items in perfect shape. Next time I look for a new second hand instrument, I'll search on it.

I've been a loyal user of 'iZotope' for a decade or more and spent a small fortune, but their "Loyal Customer" bonuses are insulting and beyond greedy, so I bought an 'iZotope' product from Green Music, but honestly, I could rate it four stars because the installation process from the download link is so "convoluted" for someone like me who isn't very familiar with music software and download procedures.

Additionally, much of the order confirmation is in French, which I don't understand. I believe this could be easily resolved by the seller, especially for customers who are not fluent in a second language.

That said, after thinking I might have been caught out again by a dishonest seller, I finally managed to enter the serial number into 'iZotope' and, carefully, step by step, got everything set up. Phew...

Given that it was the "best" deal I could find outside of 'iZotope', and it saved me quite a bit compared to their website, how dare I complain, especially considering others around the world are ducking gunfire as we speak?

In the end, it's a FAB product, and with a bit more customer care regarding some translation on those vital download pages, let's hope Green Music can tweak their site for non-French speakers for those of us who so "lazily" only speak English. That way, they could truly earn five stars.

Thank you, however, for at least giving me the chance - on a strict budget - to purchase this vital piece of software, or I wouldn’t be in a better place with my recording setup.

Absolute trustworthy seller, acting fast and always supportive and friendly — very accommodating with regard to the asking price. Product (a Gold Tone ES Banjitar) was sent out fast and safe; it arrived in nearly mint condition – for almost 60% off from the list price. => Absolutely perfect! ... The issue has been resolved.
There was a problem with the download and registration process, but thanks to Green Musicians contacting the developer on my behalf, I was able to install and use the product successfully.
I sincerely appreciate Green’s support — thank you very much.

Due to some issues with the product developer (such as account management and server reliability), I can't give a perfect score, but I trust Green Musicians and have rated them 4 stars.

I placed an order for "Sound Magic Electric Guitar T Lite" and received a confirmation email, invoice, and an activation code. However, the code is not accepted on the official product site.

For privacy and security reasons, I have not included the code here, but I am happy to provide it directly to customer support if needed.

I contacted the company via the official contact form, but so far, I have not received a meaningful response.

At this point, I have paid for a product that I cannot access, and I am unsure how to proceed.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution — either by providing a valid activation method or offering a refund. Otherwise, I may have to contact my credit card company to seek further assistance.

Packaging very bad, the guitar inside the case was not stabilized, almost a miracle it arrived in one piece.
Descrption con complete, frets are down to almost zero and it was not mentioned.

I bought a keyboard from the site and immediately, and I mean immediately, my bank account was debited with the cost of the keyboard. I messaged the seller to get the shipping and delivery details etc., I got nothing back, no response at all, I put the business address of Greenmusicians into Google Maps and found that the building was a very run down wharehouse with no signage or anyhting to suggest that it might actually be the Greenmusicians building, at this point I was sure I was after being scammed because the money was still showing as a debit on my account...I spent about 6 hours checking my inbox on the Greenmusicians website looking for a resposnse and my bank account to see if the money may have been put back into my bank account..It was only when I messaged Greenmusician threatening to cancel the order did I get a reply. And the reply was that the order was cancelled by the seller and a lame excuse as to why the order didn't go through. I'm pretty sure that if I didn't push it I would still be waiting for a response and my bank account would still be in debit...My account was eventually refunded, but i had to contact my bank to confirm that everything was in order, and as everyone knows getting through to a banks customer service etc., is an ordeal in itself...All in all this little debacle cost me about 8 hours of checking messages and emails, checking my bank account and calling my bank...and a tonne of stress thinking I had been scammed out of nearly 500 euro...As I write this I am in the process of trying to delete my account with Greenmusician, I most definitely will not be using the site again!....

In response to Green Musicians reply to my review of their website...Firstly I'd like to confirm that everything I stated was a true factual account of what happened...To clarify, I never once said that the seller confirmed the sale of the item, but I'm glad that Green Musicians said it because it confirms the fact that Green Musician debited my account before the order was confirmed!! They took the full cost of the item, the delivery charges and the Green Musician fee!...Nobody should be expected to pay for something without confirmation that the will actually get it!!....To further compound the issue, sellers or buyers using the Green Musicians website do not get a notification of a bid, order, message etc...The only way to know if you have any activity is to log in directly to the Green Musicians website and check your inbox etc. In this instance, the seller had stopped checking their inbox so had no way of knowing that an order for their item had been placed...This is a fundamental flaw of the Green Musician platform and is entirely their issue, not anyone elses...Furthermore, I am very dissapointed and surprised at how Green Musician dealt with my review, instead of dealing with it in a professional, courteous manner, they decided to try and discredited me by saying my review was "surreal" and "fictional"...As, stated earlier, everything I stated in my review was a true and factual account of what happened.
