I rented a car on September 20 and paid a $500 deposit. It’s been quite some time since then, yet I still haven't received the $500 deposit back. What does this mean? Please let me know.

Please email your rental reference and a redacted statement showing the pending or completed transaction privately to ics@cs.greenmotion.com so customer services can check the authorisation and explain what happened.
Shuttle wait time was 70 min!
The shuttle wait time was 70 min at the Viscount terminal in Toronto.
We called 6 or 7 times from the terminal phone and it went to voice mail after the initial call that went through to the company to send the shuttle.
When the shuttle driver arrived finally, he argued that we had only called 10 min before.
finally got the car at 4:30 pm (booked for 3pm) which put us right in the middle of Friday long weekend traffic to get out of Toronto.
NEVER AGAIN.
Disorganized to say the least!
