When we arrived our two van rentals…

When we arrived our two van rentals were not ready and had to wait before we were able to have access and be on our way. Although this was inconvenient, the lady working behind the counter was very busy and did not stop dealing with customers. She was apologetic and made some adjustments to our reservation that was appreciative and helpful. We were impressed with what she offered and made the wait worthwhile.
