No warning of self-service pick-up and no way to contact them
Booked directly with Green Motion Southend and I wasn't told collection would be from an unattended kiosk. No instructions, no signage for pick up (just returns) so spent over 20 minutes in a dark car park trying to find the car based on sound alone as the parking lights didn’t flash.
The car had noticeable scratches, including on the alloys, and no damage report was provided to record them. That leaves customers exposed to charges for damage they didn't cause and feels like a complete set-up!
I tried to call but the number on the website is a dud. Found a number on a booking agreement where every option cut off after a recorded messages, and the email address bounced as no longer in use.
CarPlay also didn't work when I finally found the car.
Thanks for the unnecessary delay and distress in getting to the hospice to visit my dad!
Beware when booking! Call in advance in business hours and hope to speak to someone to save yourself a do-over!
