Greenmotion Turkey in Bodrum Milas Airport
After refusing to take their additional insurance,, and they DID understand that i didnt want it .. i made myself very clear! . This company billed me for 'extra insurance' AFTER the rental period was over. Clearly there is no insurable risk after a the car is returned and withholding this amount form my returnable deposit is tantamount to fraud . When Asked for them by booking.com ( who really wanted nothing to do with it even though it was booked through them!) The company produced unsigned invoices dated after the car was returned .. what justification do they have for taking my money !! FUMING
UPDATE ,THESE FRAUDSTERS ARE STILL SENDING ME BILLS FOR INSURANCE I CATEGORICALLY REFUSED .. THE RESPONSE FROM GREENMOTION ON TRIP ADVISOR IS EMPTY PLATITUTUDES . With all the really negative reviews here i am surprised that an insurance obudsman in each respective company has not investigated this company and their practices !! I can only hope that a potential renter reads these reviews and avoids being defrauded bt GreenMotion

I’m sorry you have had to challenge an insurance charge after your Bodrum rental. We understand that you say you declined the additional cover and that the invoices and deposit deduction have not answered your concern. Please send our customer service team your booking reference, the rental agreement and the invoices so the sequence of charges can be reviewed and explained in writing.
