Updated review after Anders intervened and found a fair solution.
My phone had an issue with the e-sim component after 6 month.
The greenmind store I bought it from couldn't rule out it was due to an impact on the phone and therefore they couldn't repair it.
After talking to Anders, a fair solution was found to replace the phone, so thanks for the dedication there!

Thanks for your review — even if it’s only one star. I’m genuinely sorry you feel we didn’t deliver the level of service you expected.
That said, our warranty works like it does with Apple, Samsung, Elgiganten, Power, etc.: if a device has impact damage (drops/pressure damage or other external damage), the warranty doesn’t cover faults — even if the fault you’re experiencing is the eSIM. This is also stated in our terms & conditions: customer-caused damage voids the warranty.
Regarding your point that the phone had no damage when you handed it in: that’s unfortunately not correct.
We take photos of every device when it’s registered for service, and I have three photos on the case showing impact damage consistent with a drop or other external force.
Even so, I fully understand how frustrating this is — you still have a phone that isn’t working properly, and that’s not the outcome anyone wants.
If you email me at aja@greenmind.dk with your case number, I’ll send you copies of the photos so you can see exactly what we’re basing the decision on.

Be alert when insurance is offered.
I got a good deal on a used iphone 13pro - a good price, But beware when they talk about insurance. It's a rip off. No info on company.s name or amount just first month free, then...Nothing from an insurance company, just find amounts taken from my account by an unknown company which doesn't even sound like an insurance company.

Was selling apple products here bc…
Was selling apple products here bc needed money fast. They payed me literally 2 times more than some of the small shops running by migrants like me. Of course it is still less than you might get if you try to sell something at Facebook Marketplace or whatever, but at least you dont feel like youre being robed. Quick service! Again compared to smaller shops. One of those said: "we need a day to test the device". I mean what is that?
