We’re sorry that the second delivery didn’t meet expectations due to cold damage during delivery in Denmark under extremely low temperatures, but we’re glad we could respond quickly and resolve the issue with a refund.

Our customers always come first, and we always offer a satisfaction guarantee. Even if there are other reasons such as force majeure or if avocados are damaged during delivery due to temperatures below 18°C in Denmark in January, we are always happy to help under our satisfaction guarantee.
