An unpleasant odor
These pans have an unpleasant smell and taste to them. The taste actually gets into the food being cooked and ruins it. I threw them away after two days. A complete waste of money.

Don’t waste your money.
Sounds amazing but terrible to cook/ clean with.
Straight into the bin.
The handle on one of their 9.5 inch pans inexplicably fell off, luckily before I started cooking with it. I didn't purchase the pans myself, they were a gift. When I inquired about getting a replacement pan, lack of receipt was not an issue. They only asked I take a picture of the faulty pan itself. Within a week they had FedExed not just a replacement for the faulty 9.5 inch skillet, but an additional 11 inch skillet as they were part of a set. I really appreciate Green Life cookware going above and beyond with their product support.
I purchased a second Greenlife slow cooker from Amazon. I loved my first one and wanted a second one. The item came with a broken/ missing handle. I called Greenlife for a replacement handle. They referred me to Amazon. Amazon refunded the purchase but I still have a slow cooker with no handle. I contacted Greenlife. All I needed was a plastic piece. After a series of form emails they informed me that they don’t have replacement handles. The email sounded like since I got a refund I should be happy. I can’t use a slow cooker without a handle. It was a simple replacement part that they were unable to provide. Their answer was to discard a perfectly good item. The product is only as good as the after service. These people do not stand behind their product. They provide no after service to their customer and they don’t really seem to care. I will NEVER buy another product from these because their customer service is zero.
Received for Christmas 2023... Product came damaged...scratches on the inside and out. Emailed the company multiple times... No reply... After less than two months of use, the ceramic is chipping off the inside and the joints to the handle are showing the screws. These have only been hand washed and stored by hanging. Not worth the money.
Both pretty and functional. Most non-stick pans dont last and they are ugly. This set seems better than some I have paid much more for.
