Illegal waste disposal
Seen unloading a van full of commercial waste into residential bins. Not only illegal but also inconsiderate to those living in flats who now have overfull bins.

Tried contacting the managers for months now with no interest of having a conversation. Not a great look on the company, the cleaning staff are also rude.
I had been using this company from 2016 until 2022 so I believe my feedback is reliable. In conclusion, don't waste your money paying the agency fee.
The company states they are fully insured but the access fee for their insurance is £500. Everything below the threshold has to be covered by the cleaners. The company said that all their cleaners are self-employed subcontractors and should have their own public liability Insurance. But when I asked cleaners if they held own insurance when incidents happened, none of them had the insurance. I had to cover the damage by myself.
Also cleaners hardly speak English. One of cleaners put an ant killer station to our food station in the kitchen because she was not able to read the English word of "Ant", "Risk", "Warning". I had to through away or replace them. When I reported the incident, they offered only £50 contribution even though the damages were several hundred pounds. They didn't offer any compensations or refund any agency fee.
