This is a scam - Be careful

A couple of weeks ago [19 June to be precise] we had an appointment with a nice gentleman who came to our house and did an inspection. We wanted isolation for our roof and a window in our kitchen. The gentleman explained nicely, looked at the window and the roof, and made us a recommendation. We were told of the next steps:
1. Someone from the company will come to the house and make exact measurements
2. Following the measurements, we would choose an installation date.
3. After installation we would pay.
Until this moment everything sounded perfect.
The gentleman showed us a tablet and asked us to sign if we agreed, and yes we did. We got in our email an Offerte with my siganture and I toniced something was off -- the tota amount said zero euros. Now I would be very happy if they would do the services for free but I imagined it was a mistake.
I was nice and asked the gentleman to please check as it seems there is a mistake. Indeed he saus it was a mistake and said it was hs first week of work. We laughed about it and he called his office to help fixing.

So from then silence - nothing - fast forward to this week and I get an email requesting to make a downpayment and that I am already late with the downpaymeent. I answered nicely and asked of what downpayment they were referring to - I informed them what we were told.
I got a response yesterday, saying you need to pay or it will go to a collection company.
I responded that I did not agree to pay because that was not the agreement.
A very agreesive email then came from the company saying if you dont pay, it can lead to a company seizing goods from my house.
I sharted with them tghe ocntract I got both the one that said zero and the new one that said the amount. No where in the contract does it say a deposit is required.
Today I requested a call because they continue emailing and asking for a deposit that is not part of the agreement.
At 12:10 today I got a call saying that they are the person that will do the measurements. I informed them I no longer want them to come to my house.
At 12:29, I got a call from the company from a person I have been emailing with - they told me they want to reach an agreement and let go of the down payment because I was not informed and because it is not in the contract. I told them I was not interested in doing business with them anymore, given the aggressive emails, the lack of information and the unclear and unethical business practices.
Yes i got very mad in the call and yes I raised my voice. But I will not tolerate being coerced and menaced like this.
If you plan to do business with them be careful!
