I was very happy to use this company to install our solar panels and battery storage system. From the design stage to the actual installation we received a reliable and dependable service, keeping us informed every step of the way.

We wanted on-site chat prior to quote and the greenio team responded promptly. They kept us engaged throughout the installation, to achieve what we discussed and intended. Pleased with how they left the site after commissioning the install, and the after-sales support too. Would recommend them.

Had an issue with my 2 year old Zappi not working & contacted the original installers Greenio as well Myenergie. The response from Greenio was terrific & not only did they help in getting a warranty replacement unit sent out to me from Myenergie, they also sent one of their own engineers to install it despite me being over 100 miles from their headquarters, & again all under warranty. Throughout this issue their communication was excellent with non of the usual being put on hold for ages or being referred to "our FAQ's" which is the norm with many companies these days......with Greenio you deal with real people who are committed to give great customer service.

Solar + Battery Install

We recently had a solar and battery system installed by Greenio, who did a fantastic job. Right from the start they did a detailed design and in person visit to make sure it was exactly the sort of system we would want.

When the installation took place the staff were all incredibly polite and friendly. They always made sure to keep everything neat and tidy and left everything clean. They system was installed in a very neat way and has been working perfectly since the installation. Very happy with our experience.

This project includes designing and installation of a total of 18 pieces of 430W Solar Panels on both sides of the roof and 10Kwh home battery storage. I am very pleased with the work done by Greenio Ltd's project team. The installation plan was executed on time and with high quality. In particular, I am pleased with the Project Manager, Ms. Carla Lee, who made good suggestion on change of design, persistently chasing up the battery and inverter supplier, SolarEdge, to following up the installation problem which was eventually solved.

Greenio are a very professional organisation that keep you informed every step of the way. No hard sell. Installations are very neat and their team of installers are very polite and easy to work with.

In my opinion Greenio are the leaders in customer service and providing green energy solutions.

Greenio did everything they said they would and installed a bird blocker around my solar panels. First class administration & site operator made the job hassle free for me. Will use them in future if & when needed.

When enquiring about solar I had my enquiry answered very quickly and they came out to do a survey very quickly too. All calls and emails answered or replied to quickly also. Anna and Lucas were very professional and friendly and answered any questions we had. Abi and James worked hard throughout our installation and always kept us informed and showed us how to work the app with ease. The whole process was swift from enquiring to installation and at a very competitive price. I will definitely be recommending Greenio in the future.

Greenio installed a 5.8 kWh Solar and 20kWh Battery System in 2022-2023.
Greenio are a fantastic company; well run, organised and great friendly and helpful people.
I can't recommend them enough! (in fact I did refer them to everyone that asks about solar).
I was surprised with their technical knowledge and how they worked with me to get the best possible results for the system. I will be using them again for a heat pump at some point in the future.

They did what they said they would do and they did it when they said they would. They arrived on time, was polite, friendly has happy to answer my questions.

I am writing this review following the recent excellent service I have received from Greenio, my car charger had a fault and I contacted Greenio (Michelle) who offered support over the phone trying to fault find but it was decided an engineer was required, to which Michelle sorted an engineer visit the following day, engineer attend (Tom) who diagnosed the fault and sorted it all within the hour of being on site.
I couldn’t ask for any better service then I received and you are both valuable employees to Greenio

Very efficient service received all round.

I used Greenio in the past to install a Zappi EV charger and recently had solar panels and a storage battery installed.

There were a few minor snags during the installation, but Greenio worked with me and the manufacturer to get things resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

In my view, the hallmark of an excellent company is not just about many 5 star reviews they have, but also how they engage with their customers when things don't go according to plan. In that regard, I am really pleased that I chose Greenio for this project.

Will I use Greenio again for future projects? Definitely!

Very pleasant helpful staff, the Installers did an excellent job of fitting my zappi.

I initially got in touch with Greenio via the contact form on their website as I was interested to learn more about the 'eddi' and if it would be a suitable addition for my existing solar, battery, and ASHP set-up, and soon afterwards I'd received an e-mail response. After exchanging a couple of phone calls & e-mails with Michelle we'd confirmed the requirements, resolved all the queries, agreed upon a price, and I was booked in for the installation of an 'eddi' and a 'harvi' a couple of weeks later.

James was the engineer assigned for my appointment. He arrived on time and came across as very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable throughout his visit. Michelle also attended shortly afterwards as she lives close by and was interested in how the job was going. As it transpired, there was an unanticipated complication that James had discovered in hooking up the eddi to my specific AHSP/Immersion Heater controls, but I was kept in the loop with things and given a couple of options on how I'd like to proceed. It was fortunate that Michelle had dropped by as it meant that she was able to pop out to a local merchants and grab an extra bit of kit that allowed the job to still be completed within the day.

Once the eddi & harvi were installed, James talked me through the controls and how to get set up on the myenergi app. The following day was very sunny and was an excellent test to prove that the eddi was working perfectly in diverting surplus solar energy to the Immersion Heater.

All in all, I am happy with the work completed, the communications over the phone, e-mail and in-person, and the price for the work was fair. I also felt that they went the 'extra mile' to ensure a satisfactory outcome in one visit despite the unforeseen complication. I will be happy to approach Greenio for any future works and to recommend them to others.

Greenio did an install of Zappi electric vehicle charger and GivEnergy solar PV system (6kW with 5kWh battery) for us, which we're very pleased with. Staff were helpful and went out of their way to ensure a smooth install experience and post-sales service.

James and Abi from Greenio came out to replace a MyEnergi Zappi EV Car Charger.
Both James and Abi were brilliant, they were friendly, chatty and kind, they undertook the work and completed it within a fast timeframe and didn't leave until everything was setup and configured.
Very pleased with the service from James and Abi and also Michelle at Greenio in organising the install/replacement of this device.

I have just had solar panels fitted by Greenio ltd and from the initial enquiry to the completed work has been nothing but absolutely amazing.

Two men who came to do the original survey (Thomas and James) BOTH were very pleasant happy smiling polite men and didn't try to rush through any questions I had to leave as soon as possible.

I was given a date for the end of July But they would try to fit me in earlier. I happily booked a holiday. While there Carla emailed and asked if I would like the panels fitted the following week to which I said yes I happily would. So from my sin lounger Carla and I organised the scaffolding and work commencement for the first Tuesday on May

Work started promptly at 9 with Carla, James,Thomas and Carl ALL working incredibly hard and fast at installing the electrics necessary and the solar panels erected fitted and connected.

Every day these hard working, polite, conscientious individuals cleaned and hoovered any mess they made before leaving for the evening.

Carla helped me sort out everything I needed to do with my electric company along with paperwork needed to be sent to them.

To anyone that is considering buying and having solar panels fitted I would without a shadow of a doubt happily recommend Greenio Ltd 100%.

They completed the work in 3 days, and I can say it was a pleasure having these individuals in my bungalow.
