Just had Michael visit to do survey for Solar Panel installation.
He was courteous and polite and arrived on due time. He was professional and thorough in his work and as promised, submitted my survey on the same night.

The surveyor was Michael. He was very polite and friendly and answered any questions i had. A competent and professional chap.

Great experience from beginning to end. Initial contact was professional and helpful. We had air source heat pump and first time central heating as well as cavity wall insulation done.

Whilst there is no doubt that installing a central heating system is noisy (drilling through walls for pipes etc), the team was courteous, professional, hardworking and fast.

We’re 100% pleased with the great service offered. Thank you.

I had an excellent experience working with Michael for my ECP Energy Certification. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough throughout the entire assessment process. Michael clearly explained the certification requirements, identified practical ways to improve energy efficiency, and ensured everything was completed accurately and on time. His attention to detail and professionalism made the process smooth and stress-free.

What really stood out was his friendly and considerate nature — knowing I’m currently off work sick, he even recommended a good film for me to watch, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone needing an energy performance certification.

Michael came for a home efficiency survey as part of the government warmer homes grant. He was very friendly and very thorough.

We were impressed by initial contact and explanation of the process. All the workmen were pleasant, friendly and very professional and did an excellent job.

I could write a book about the 'Merry go Ride' I experienced with the first company I applied to for the Heat Pump and Solar Panels. I went through the entire process to the point where I was told the installation was imminent, 'we'll phone you in a day or two to let you know when'. The message I received when I finally spoke to a team member was apologies as there was no longer funding available.

My luck changed when I contacted Green Homes and Michael visited me to start the process. I have had such a kind and professional experience with Green Homes, and especially with Michael who used his expert knowledge to ensure I would be eligible for the Heat Pump Installation.

I cannot thank Green Homes Group enough for the service they have provided. I sincerely believe you could not do better than use Green Homes Group for your ECO4 requirements. 10 out of 10.

from my first email to green homes enquiring about eco4 eligibility, Paddy has been a pleasure to deal to with. He has gone above and beyond and kept in touch with us to see how we progressing. we weren't quite ready to proceed from the first point of contact due to us having some work done. But paddy still went out of his way to contact us from time to time to see how we were getting on.

Govnt grant sounds good but what is the disruption, Choices on good workmanship, Where to start? On our 2nd enquiry we heard about Green Homes Group and Michael Hall came along to explain the system fully and his help that followed was amazing throughout. I found Green Homes Group through a friend and they’ve been great from start to finish. They guided me through the eco grant process and made everything easy to understand. Their communication was excellent and the service really professional — I felt supported and informed. Thanks to them, I’ve got funding for an air source heat pump, new radiators, loft insulation and Solar PV. Couldn’t be more grateful for their help and would happily recommend them — really helpful and professional.

The process for applying was straightforward with the guidance and support of Green Homes Group. The agreement to proceed was with us in a couple of days and the work commenced within 10 days of the approval. The work was undertaken within four days which involved a new air source heat pump and radiators throughout. The workmen were professional, took pride in their work and were respectful of my home. I cannot recommend GHG ltd highly enough.

Third time lucky. After 2 failed attempts with other companies to have solar panels without air soured I contacted Green Home. Michael came out at the beginning oh July to do an assessment. We completed the paperwork and within 2 months I now have Solar panels and upgraded storage heaters. I was kept informed every step of the way by Michael. Would highly recommend using this company

We applied for the grant online and within 24 hours the ball was rolling, I had a message from a gentleman called Paddy and within just a few days everything started moving forward. From start to finish we were looked after with the upmost respect and professionalism, from Paddy checking in and making sure we were happy, to the tradesmen being so kind and respectful. If giving more than 5 stars was an option I would! I recommend this company to anyone 110%. Amazing!

Michael took us through the whole process from start to finish and everything went smoothly. He was available throughout to deal with any queries straight away. Excellent service.

Mike contacted me back to make a appointment for a home visit and was very professional and discussed everything in detail and explained the process which was very smooth indeed
He was with us every step of the way and kept us updated at each stage
The company they work with for the installation mirrored Mikes professionalism and the work has been completed to a high standard

They helped me apply for the Eco4 scheme. The Eco4 installers they found me are excellent, and have sent very experienced workman, and the work is going great.
