GreenGen installed solar, battery and ASHP hot water and heating for me last year. This month they came to fit a second battery.

From start to finish, a friendly and efficient company - spot-on admin staff and a team of polite, tidy installers. It's too early to comment on how well the battery will work or what difference it will make to my bills, but I'd like to give a shout-out for Daniel for his hard work and consideration.

The team at GreenGen helped us with making the right decision for our Heat Pump. The work was completed in 4 days by Ben E and Andrew - they were efficient & tidy and kept us informed of what was happening.

Work was to install a secondary battery- not quite a simple job (time wise) for the engineer Treeve but everything was completed without hassle and a fantastic job. Really impressed with service by GreenGen.

Friendly staff Jordan and Keran turned up just after 08.00 wasting no time and informing us of what they were going to do and got on with it. Tidying up as they worked and assisted with our phones update.

Professional Hardworking Friendly

From the first moment I met their sales manager professional, reliability and attention to detail was evident. Each room was checked for radiator size and power heat loss. The best siting of the ASH pump was explained to me. Sales and support Manger gave me a detailed quotation giving me options and costs of different Air Source Heat Pumps. He also gave me a graph showing each radiator, with power heat loss. Unlike other companies they had taken the time to find out if my radiators were compatible. They recommended I replace 2 radiators. All the equipment to be used was costed as was each part of the labour. It also gave me details of where and how the air heat pump would be installed. On acceptance of the quotation their very helpful and efficient Heating Project Manager took over. She arranged for the Plumbing Manager to visit me. He was very thorough. On his second visit to clarify some points I knew exactly where all the pipes would be installed and the space needed for them. Project Compliance gave me details of an EPC assessor. Once I had my EPC they arranged for a grant application form to be emailed to me. On completing the form from Ofgem the grant was authorised within 24 hours. The Plumbing and Electrical workforce sent to me were hardworking friendly and very helpful. They cleaned up after each day’s work and carried away my old boiler, fire, and pipes. They explained what they intended doing and gave consideration to my needs. All the meters and fuse boxes were explained to me as well as emergency cut-outs. The heat pump installation is very neat, no pipes are visible they are all encased in an ivory plastic cladded box. I choose a Valiant air pump and they put an app on my phone. I have 2 cylinders in the loft; one giving hot water and another for heating radiators. By using his app I can program the time of the day for each different time of the week the required temperature of my hot water and the temperature for my radiators. It automatically switches off and on when temperatures are reached. I also have a outside air temperature sensor and an indoor programmer for the heating and hot water if I was unable to use my mobile app. My shower now works off my heat pump. On completion of the installation, I was contacted by the Operations Manager who asked if I had any problems, and a contact number to ring for future use. He sent me a quick start guide for my air pump and a video link to sensor comfort how to use my Valient Controls. They also registered my Valiant Guarantee. Throughout I have been impressed by how all the departments, electricians and plumbers work closely together. All the team at Greengen kept us updated with installation process. And answered any questions for a solar “newbie” work was neat and team left no mess. Max Ben Simon and Orley, put the system in prompt because we were going away. Great professional local company .

The electrician Daniel was very helpful, not just as the installer and commissioner, but also as a conduit into the company, with regards to what was happening as the job evolved.

We have had a very positive experience with this Company. We can not fault the professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of Shaun the Surveyor, Ben and Andrew the heating engineers and Ben and Jordan the electricians. Would highly recommend them.

Great company to deal with. Recently had new air pump heating system installed. The installers were efficient and professional and did an exceptional job. The plumbers Craig and Tristan and the electrician Jordan were all conscientious about the quality of their work and even stayed on late some evenings to ensure the project was completed on time and the the highest standards. The level of communication at all stages was exemplary. We would highly recommend this company.

This is our second installation by GreenGenUK, George and Lewis did a great job removing our old gas boiler and then an excellent job installing our new heat pump and tank system. On time, great attention to detail with pipe runs and always spotlessly clean at end of day, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Zak and Treeve followed up with a super neat wiring job - we would honestly recommend GreenGen to anyone!

Just had annual service for solar thermal and air source by Ben E. Excellent, above and beyond in attention to detail, checking everything is working as efficiently as could be and helpfully adjusting and explaining the timing controls. Professional and friendly. Thank you GreenGen, thank you Ben.

Adam and Finn arrived on time very tidy efficient hardly new they were here at all completed the work updated everything including our personal apps good luck in your new Exeter adventure.

We have just had our annual service carried out by Alastair at GreenGen who is very knowledgeable and made some fine adjustments that will hopefully save use some pennies.

We have just had a solar panel system involved, and from start to finish Greengen were excellent. Throughout the process they kept us updated with the schedule. The whole team on site were outstanding being friendly , courteous and very tidy. Electricians Zack, John and Cameron and roofers Simon and Jack all provided a very professional service

This is the third time we’ve had work done by GreenGen. All staff involved from quote to installation have been excellent. What a fantastic company with such friendly, respectful and professional staff.
Max, John and James came to fit our second Tesla Powerwall. They did a very good job and Max made sure from the start that I understood what they were going to do and checked that I was happy with the location and fittings before they started work.

Helpful, friendly staff who talked me through my air source heat pump installation. Jack M was really thorough and came back to check everything was working as it should

New Zappi charger installed. Max fitted and ensured the new system was working ands set up on the app. All done on time with minimal fuss and clean and tidy.
