Drastic changes to tee times after booking
You offer tee times with rates online then after booking it, you say it cannot be accommodated and you suggest one with a different date, time, and price. There were no disclaimers on the website that the tee time, date, price could change. And after a day there is no response to our inquiry.

Zero response
Booked on monday for Al Maaden in Marrakesh next Tuesday. After 24 hrs still no conformation. I've send an e-mail on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Zero response. Absolutely terrible. This is my last resort. Would never use again!

In my opinion... bait and switch
The list of courses shows "from €37" etc.. on a number of them. Then you go to look for a tee time on the course that was "from €37" and you discover, after wasting your time searching and searching, there is nothing under €85. Not one course did i find with a cheap off-season rate like was offered in the summary.
