Had solar panels installed 15 months ago but have not connected these to grid. Have spent 12 months being fobbed off. I am chasing regularly. I am told people will respond. They don’t. The person dealing with my issue cannot be contacted directly as they work from home, but they never return calls or emails. Happy to install panels and take my money. They don’t seem to be able to fully finish the job.

Alan the engineer was very knowledgeable in his field I found and his customer attitude very pleasant and helpful when he came to refit a new additional piece of kit to the panel .

Mon 6.11.2023 was our installation day for my Air-Source Heat Pump/tank and 12 radiators and Ryan promptly arrived at 8.10am and had the installation surveyed and quickly familiarised himself with the day's work before his team of three members ( Jack, Dave and Liam) arrived. They were all very polite, friendly, unobtrusive and professional and each one knew what they had to do and got on with it. Their workmanship was immaculate and despite the new tank being faulty ( leaking internally), I was assured that a replacement new tank had been ordered and would be fitted the next day. They cleaned up after them and promised to return next day to finish the job. I was very impressed with their time keeping , workmanship and professionalism.
I am also having 28 Solar Panels/invertor and Battery installed in a few weeks time and feel confident that it too will go as smoothly. My sincere thanks to all the staff at Greener Living Ltd.

We have recently had air source heat pump/ solar panel fitted to our property. The workmanship was very good the workers were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and unobtrusive when possible. I am very pleased. The plasterer Les Thompson came out on a Saturday which suited us and made an excellent job of finishing of a few plastering jobs which made the job complete. Greenerliving are a good company they constantly kept me informed and upto date throughout and answered any queries or concerns we had which were minimal.

Ryan,Liam,Dave,Stewart are fantastic, very polite the job on my house was heat pump heating they put all pipe etc the hole kit it was not a easy job as I did not have any pipe work at all as I live in a old house so they had to do it all from scratch they have been as I said before fantastic I would recommend they to every one very tidy work

Jordan and his team were excellent installing my air source heat pump. They were very professional, polite, and tidied up after all was completed, even asked me where I kept the vacuum cleaner. Nothing was a problem to them. These lads worked hard, they never stopped all day. I can’t praise the team enough.
Well done all of you. The electrician, Paul, was equally efficient the following day. However, the 3 small finishing off jobs that were supposed to be done the following day took a week for someone to arrive to do them.

Ryan Evans and Ethan were a great team. They made sure that the equipment they were provided with was fit for purpose and installed it in a professional manner. They contacted the main office when they noticed one piece of equipment was incorrect immediately. It was not their fault that this was not rectified until nearly a week later, although Ryan was assigned to return and complete the installation really well. The install of the pipework to the tank in the cupboard was a piece of art. Both Ryan and Ethan were polite and professional and cleaned up extremely well.

I live in a very small cottage that lacks sufficient storage space. The initial spec meant that I would lose my only decent storage area to the water tanks.
Jordan arrived and after a good inspection saw that with some clever manoeuvring, we could use the existing combo-boiler cupboard area with its existing mains and piping to our advantage. #winning
His team arrived and after bacon rolls I supplied, they got down to work.
The water tanks and accompanying pumps and pipes were positioned like a tortuous game of plumbing Tetris. New radiators were installed.
Everything was cleared away at the end and the operation was explained to me.
The job was done on a Friday which meant connecting the pump electrically would be done on the Monday but the guys connected a line so I’d have hot water over the weekend. I’d use my gas fire for heating.
Overall I’m very pleased with his team’s work and wish them all the best.
I won’t go into the next comment too much but Jordan, REMEMBER TO PURGE!

Pressure selling non-compliant to 14 days calling off period installed questioned for why using internal insulation externally the whole installation is substandard an electrician that wise alive and a neutral together keep blowing electric circuits.
Afternoon miss phone calls and emails with photos of the mess they attended site yesterday to put everything right and we still have exposed valves and internal insulation outside leaking heat pump do not touch this company with the barge pole as they want your money and run.

Jordan and his team were great I can't praise them enough. On the first day we had a walk through, the team were respectful and took on board my wishes. Over the 2 days they were clean and tidy. The workmanship was excellent. Megan at greener Living office was also great and kept me informed. Great experience 👍

Yet again I find this company unacceptable. I needed my radiators looking at as one is not working. The same issue I had this time last year. I phoned expecting to get a call out sorted. After a long conversation I was told there would be a call out charge to which I replied no there is not I'm on your premium package which includes unlimited call outs and service. I was told no it doesn't to which I replied yes it does and I have a contract for it to which the reply was the same. I will no longer be dealing with this company and I would advice people very hard to think before you choose this company. I will be contacting the ombudsman regarding the issue as well.

Worst mistake of our lives signing up with this company. The minute they walk through the door, high-pressure sales start. Giving the benefit of the doubt but the house was left in a state after the installation. Thermostats fitted next to the radiator pumps fitted in front of radiators. Wiring fed across the ceiling of the room. Loads of false promises were made to rectify just to get us to sign the "satisfaction note", but once it was signed it was full-on ignore or bully tactics.

Awful company.
Made huge promises and talked up their service and standards by a great salesman and delivered a massively below par service, both customer service and instalment of solar panels and heat source pump. We had to pay for a decent plumber to fix the mistakes and shoddy workmanship costing us hundreds. Do not go with greener living

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Since we signed the contract with them the nightmare began.We raised the issues to Ombudsman
The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unresolved issues have made our experience with the Greener Living Company extremely disappointing. We sincerely hope that others can learn from our unfortunate situation and steer clear of this company.
We made the worse decision ever when we choose this company! Stay away from this company!

The whole experience of buying and getting a heat pump installed has been brilliant. From Charlotte who explained the whole process, and help me to choice the most appropriate system and explained very clearly how it all works, to Jordan and his team for doing a great and professional job of installing it all, as well as answering any questions I had about the more technical aspects of how the system works. Everyone at Greener Living who I've had contact with has been helpful, friendly and have excellent knowledge of the systems they provide. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Greener Living team to anyone looking to get a heat pump installed.

We had our second annual health check and service on our Air Source Heat pump last week, the engineer that came was very polite, thorough, explained everything he did and why, and took his boots off to come in the house, and cleaned up after himself, I was very impressed.
