I have not yet ordered any of their products. But at first glance there are a couple things I do not like. There is no contact phone number available for this company. This is a definite red flag. There are many Chinese companies that disguise themselves as U.S companies with pictures of white people as owners. In addition, if you look at the FAQS page, there are at least 2 questions that specifically ask WHERE are these products made and the responses do not answer the question, but instead offer details about what the product is made of.. not Where. This company is not being transparent, therefore who knows what else they are hiding. I will look for a bamboo company that has certifications of Organic, glue and formaldehyde free.
