Just like all of the other reviews, it seems like this online store has no intention of supplying goods, and may be getting away with it. If you have not yet ordered from them, shop somewhere else.

If you have already ordered and they are either not responding or coming up with excuses, request a refund immediately. Because it seems like they don't actually process refunds when you request, you should simultaneously contact your bank and submit an application for a chargeback to ensure you actually get your money back. It's a pain, but it will get your money back in your account eventually.

They will contact you requesting that you cancel the chargeback, as it causes problems with the refund process. This is not true. You'll just have to sit tight until your bank gets your money back for you.

Same as other reviews, don't go near them, if you want anything that looks like customer service

As others have noted Green Earth Lighting appears to be a scam organisation. Ordered 4 led lights. Did not arrive in stated time. Tried to contact them several times with no response. Had to initiate credit card dispute and Visa refunded my money.

Scam company who have a fake site that takes your money and never sends the goods. They dont answer emails, dont answer the phone. Criminals who deserve to be reported to the police for fraud.

Scammers, you pay for items and never recieve them, no contact via email address provided. STAY AWAY

Took my money, confirmed order by email then nothing. No product, no communication.
Have tried multiple times to contact, now their company email address on website bounces back.

I purchased qty 12 x 12W PRO Tri-Colour Dimmable Tiltable LED Downlights from this store, 2 of which became faulty (flickering intermittently) within 6 months of installation. I determined the transformers were at fault by moving the lights to different circuits and replacing the transformers with those from lights that were functional. They requested I return both faulty lights and transformers for testing, which I did. After they tested them 3 times for 30 mins each, they determined I was wrong and the lights were functional. They then tried to charge me to return my faulty lights by post. I advised this was unacceptable and reiterated the lights were intermittently flickering on and off over over weeks and now they no longer return my emails. Please don't waste your time and money buying from this company. Their customer services is terrible and 2 out of 12 lights faulty isn't good odds for quality.

SCAM!!!!!!!! They email you with a promising delivery date, take your money, never deliver and then make themselves uncontactable.

Ordered a light, never sent, never answered the phone, received an sms stating an email will be sent re payment platform not working and need to send money via bank transfer -scam!!!

Mark Chilcott apparently runs a company called Green Earth Lighting greenearth.net.au and it is widely reported that the company is a SCAM according to the genuine GOOGLE reviews. The reviews on google say that the company are scammers. The only 2 good reviews I saw were fake reviews. My order never arrived and now I think I know why...

Ordered a product from this so called "business" on 20 July. Product was never shipped and they just kept making excuses for the delay in shipping. Asked for a refund, which I only got after I told them I would be taking action to recover my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
