Shipping time is long BUT it’s worth the wait
The company itself is trustful. However the delay can be long for people. If you want good quality and something great; you need to do this sacrifice. I recommend it for the quality overall. I have ordered the raygun with the stand, it come really beautiful on my hand

I really can't describe how unprofessional this company is. I sum it up: I ordered an item which will normally be shipped within 10 days, waited over 1 month, wrote an email and got the answer that its getting shipped at the end of 2024 (6 weeks after my purchase), wrote again an email 1 month later to remind you, which is obviously not my job and than it got shipped (waiting time 3 months!) 1 week agoI havent received the full product like described (missing LED, missing remote control, missing wall mount - pictures in my last email), you guys responded you will get back to me and now I waited again 1 week and still no respons. Now I got an answer without any excuse just telling me to send back the product to get the right one... haha that's crazy.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing—looks even better in person than in the pictures! I initially thought the zombie hand stand was included, but I easily found one on Etsy. Got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, but honestly, I kind of want to keep it for myself! 😂 The packaging was top-notch—wrapped in bubble wrap at least 15 times. Everything arrived intact with no missing or broken parts.

Its been a year…
Very unhappy with the communication and transparency ive received. I purchased the Ray Gun on 01/19/2024 and STILL haven’t received it. Ive sent multiple emails and messages to get an update on my order. I have received nothing. Incredibly frustrating. I received an email 06/12/24 saying that my order had just been received and processed. After patiently waiting i still dont know the status of my order. I understand that this is a small company and the items may take time to make considering its hand crafted and highly detailed but this is ridiculous and at this point i dont know if ill ever get my order or a refund.

The BFG9000
I purchase one of Greencade biggest items from the website I ordered the BFG9000 doom eternal version. I had a few questions so I emailed them to ask some size / scale information and Jonathan communicated with me and explain the workflow process and what I can add and what can be done. I didn’t want the standard size and I went big. Go big or go home. I asked if they could print it 1:1 scale and they agreed I was very happy because I didn’t really expect them to go all out.
Jonathan followed up with me with emails, he emailed me the progress, he let me know when they started printing as well. I also saw where they were at on their social media accounts which was pretty neat and cool because I got see what stage they were at as well so communication was fluent.
Shipping was impressive I was scared something this large could make it in one piece, but Jonathan and his team have a lot of experience shipping stuff like this and let me tell you the packaging was awesome this thing was so well packaged it took me a while to open up the incase tape and foam they applied so the prop would make it here perfectly. I’m very thankful they went all out on the packaging. Because this thing is massive.
The BFG9000 prop looks amazing it looks exactly like what is in the game. I didn’t see anything wrong with the paint no body damages all leds work. It’s super solid this thing is heavy as well literally if you drop it on someone they’re finished so if you’re going to carry this around start working out. I love the weight and holding it and aiming it from the same prospective as the doom slayer it looks like this thing came right out of the game words can’t really explain it, it’s something you’ll have to see for yourself because what I’m writing can’t justify how cool this thing is.
In a weird sense you get to experience something this massive and inhuman and how a man even though it’s a video game could wield such a massive weapon and imagine if it was made out of metal and real parts it would be insane. It’s really a beautiful design.
Also a quick note, I went with this version of the BFG because this version was the energy source to the BFG10k which both were used to crack open the surface of mars before the slayer rips it off the console panel. I feel this version of the BFG is the most powerful incarnation of weapon for doom at the moment. I know there some folks out there that like the 2016 version instead of the eternal one. If anyone is wondering why I went with the eternal one plus the eternal version looks more steam line.
The paint job is great I like the burn effect they did for the barrel and the under barrel injection heat sink (belly side) vents also showing the heat marks discharge. It’s dirty looking like it’s been in a battle. It’s awesome.
The led lights are the icing on the BFG it came with two controllers and you can also use an app if you want and you can change the colors and do other stuff I keep it default green.
This thing sits on top of my office table it’s literally a centerpiece one of the coolest thing I ever purchase and I’m happy with the results.
Thank you Jonathan and your team for bringing something from a video game to real life. Excellent work and I’m looking forward to finding the next prop from Greencade.

Overly long production, poor communication
Aggressive item in cart reminders (3 emails in 3 hours). Bugged as I didn't even have an item left in a cart.
Extremely long production and ship time. 7 weeks for 2 in stock items.
Inadequate order status. No ETAs, no granular status.
Annoying popups on cluttered website when trying to log in.
Box came extremely beat up and was worried items might be damaged, thankfully not.
Would not use again.
