Horrible company
Horrible company, horrible customer service. Absurd fees for tiny things. I wanted my stuff back, and let them know 24 hours after giving them my stuff and they charged me 75 dollars. In addition to the 25 dollar reservation fee, I essentially payed 100 dollars for a headache, and one of my items got lost for the 24 hours they had it.

A complete scam
A complete scam. If you want to pay $400 for 3 small items then use greenbox. You are much better off shipping all your items home than using this greedy company. They are not upfront with their prices and will try to steal every dollar they can. DO NOT USE.
Embarrassing how unprofessional this company are

Very rude and unprofessional service. Start of July I enquired to hire storage closer to home. I gave them the date. I called a week earlier to try and arrange moving my stuff but they are only open until 12 on a Saturday. That's fair enough but not my fault as most peoplehave jobs throughthe weekand do things on a weekendluke normal people. So they phoned me on the following Monday to ask when I was moving in and signing the agreement. I told them on the Saturday I was very busy and would get to them on the 25th or close to the date. I arrived today on the 26th to find my Container was let out to someone else. Pretty much was called a liar from the butchers wife on the front desk. The guy didn't want to listen when I told them how unprofessional they are and walked off. Last laughs will follow trust me. Don't waste your time they are full of shhhhh!
Horrific and Shady

I have since tried to file a small claims case against them but the owner (Collin Rutherford) won't respond and let me know how to find his Virginia based agent since they aren't even based here. He operates this company as though they are hands on and here to help students and families but he has no idea where the belongings are going and then takes no responsibility or accountability in helping get them back OR refunding us the monies we are due. I have never written a negative review in my life but I will let every university in the country know that the last place you should trust with valuable and sentimental items is the management of Greenbox Storage. Good luck!!
Excellent as always
Excellent as always. Courteous friendly and helpful drivers. We have used them on several occasions and they have been very helpful; delivered on time and removed the skip when asked with no problems whatsoever.
Greenbox storage lost all my items
I study at Virginia Tech. This company lost all my stuff and called to say that the storage company auctioned the storage units where it was. This happened for many other students. I lost over $11000 of my personal stuff. Please don't use them, they are not matured company and potentially scamming as well.

I loved green box
I loved green box, till I was exposed to ugly side. I left a small bag and a pitcher outside but out of the way of hallway. My storage was unlocked. I went to the restroom and upon return, threatened by manager that they would throw my valuables in the dumpster next time. He said he almost did. He then gave me 1 week to move out.
Dirty and no courtesy
My storage unit is next to a construction site (The Source) on Brighton Blvd in Denver. For the past 2 years there's been a thick layer of dirt on everything in my storage unit. I don't blame the management for creating the dirt problem but I do fault them for not sweeping the parking lot regularly to reduce the amount of dirt that winds up in storage units. Also, they recently changed to a new online payment system. They notified me in advance that I would have to set up my automatic payment again, but I had to wait a week before I could log in, so of course I forgot about it until the next month when I was notified that my payment was late and charged an extra $20. How about a friendly reminder for longtime tenants before you slap them with a $20 fee because YOU decided to change your payment system? There just doesn't seem to be a lot of customer courtesy here.
First rate Storage Company
Great storage location and they really went above and beyond to help me get a storage unit the same day when abroad - returned recently and the location is so clean and well managed that I would be hard pressed to find any other storage company that would take as good care of the customer as well as their possessions. Their considerations for the environment and running solar are also a huge positive in my book.
A great and green storage solution
Greenbox is a great solution to needing storage. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the facilities are awesome. I love the lower carbon footprint. I will absolutely store with Greenbox again the next time I go travelling.
