Green.com.au installs Solar, Solar Batteries, Heat Pumps, EV Chargers (and much more!) helping Aussies save money and the environment. In a world clouded by the shadows of economic crises and climate change, it’s easy to believe that making a positive impact with your actions is like holding up an umbrella in a meteor shower. We get it, but fear not! The shining light of change is easier to harness than you might think. Enter solar, the not-so-secret-weapon to help you see the end of financial and environmental doom and gloom. And no, we’re not talking about pointing your buns to the sun, so keep your pants on and take of that foil hat. Adding solar to your roof, harnessing renewable energy, saving on your energy bill and doing your bit for the planet might all sound like coo-coo talk if you’re not on the train to transformation, but you can be certain that even the smallest change will generate positive impact. You don’t need to live of the land, start hugging trees or walking around without your shoes on - although going green sure is a step in the right direction for our planet and your pockets. What does it mean to ‘Go Green’? Well, it’s not about watching along as the world drives you crazy; it’s taking power into your own hands and switching on the light for a brighter future. So, ditch the salt lamps, don’t worry about charging your crystals and join 1 in 3 Aussie households, as we lead the charge and make a change for good. Maybe Solar's not so crazy after all. The time is now, Australia... Just go Green.

Very happy with the results from the start to the finish and never had a problem with communication with Green
Great service from green service people for minor problem as i did not understand the switching system.
I had a problem not understanding how the blackout solar to blackout switching worked. The green.com.au representive walked me througth it and how i needed to set it up.
Best service by far from the many companies i spoke to about solar installation, i would recomend any one i know to check out their system and very helpful staff all over
B Parker NSW.
Installer's were great
Installer's were great. Cleaned up after themselves and explained the system. The company was great, kept me informed and helped me over the phone. Would recommend this company 👌
Great install and system running perfectly.
Since there was no inspection prior to quote, and even though I provided several photographs, on installation day they required additional charges for the pitch of the roof and the run of cable.
Due diligence should have detected this in advance.
Having said that the installers were very professional and diligent and the system is performing fantastic.
Not whole house backup
Had battery installed end of October. Quoted for whole house backup but my hot water system wasnt done. Installer never mentioned they werent putting it on the battery and upon calling green, i assume it was the receptionist i spoke to had told me it was illegal to take it off contolled load and said it was endeavour energy who has to do it,but upon calling them they told me its not up to them and it was my energy provider. After speaking with them they told me the battery installer could have done it as long as he was a qualified electrician. Now im going to be more out of pocket having to find an electrician to get a timer for hot water system. So now if i have a blackout im going to be left without hot water as it wasnt a WHOLE house backup. Considering the hot water system is one of the more expensive things to run. Thanks Green Energy. I doubt its going to make much difference to you as it was done in October and i have paid already
New solar battery installation
Our battery install went really well, professionally done, cleaned up their rubbish, nice to talk to and explained how it all worked (even how to set up wi fi and to contact Green.com.au if we had needed any help).
Looks great, even the cabling to the pole and inside!
Great Service
Green took care of installing batteries at my place. A very hassle free process. Very friendly people.

Incorrectly installed battery by companies contractor, no meaningful attempt so far to rectify with any urgency.
Be careful, disappointed with customer service
These guys are great
These guys are great. As we live in a leafy suburb, other providers cautioned against getting solar panels, however Green did not and our new system (solar plus battery) works great!
The battery is fully charged before 9am and powers my house all day and all night.
These guys know their stuff.
They also have excellent after sales service.
Cannot recommend them more highly.
Professional, Efficient, Honest and competitive
From start to finish, my experience with the green.com.au team for my recent solar and battery installation has been outstanding. Liv was exceptional – she patiently walked me through the options, put together a clear and competitive proposal, and answered every question I had along the way. Her communication, honesty, and support made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, and I always felt confident I was making the right decisions thanks to her guidance. And most importantly for me is that I was dealing with an Australian company with a professional team, not a new backyard company with contractors.
On installation day, Peter and his team were equally impressive. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. The system was installed neatly, with everything explained in simple terms before they left. The site was left spotless, and they made sure I understood how to monitor and get the most from my new solar and battery setup.
I couldn’t be happier with the result and the service I received. 10 stars!! to Liv, Peter, and the entire green.com.au team – I’d highly recommend them to anyone considering solar and battery for their home.

Great customer service
Great customer service, very helpful with questions. I had a difficult time frame for installation but they made it work. The installer was very professional and left the place very clean and tidy I highly recommend green.com.au
26 kw electric battery
I recently had an electric home battery installed through green.com.au, and the overall experience has been very good. The installation process went smoothly, and the system has been operating as expected.
I also had a minor issue shortly after installation, and their team responded promptly. They followed up with Alpha, the manufacturer, and a solution was provided on the same day, which I appreciated.
The battery is performing well so far, and the app is clear and easy to understand. Based on my experience, green.com.au provided reliable service and support.
A home visit should be mandatory…
A representative and/or installer should visit the property to give an exact location for the battery & what areas can receive power when there is a blockout.Out of date property scans and client photos should not be used to determine the above. This hopefully will stop the wrong information was being used for the contract and quote.

Just had batteries Alpha ESS and installed by green two weeks ago and they are working beautifully. Now I use most of the solar power I generate and I have 26 kW batteries to provide electric electricity at night. I just wish that I have selected a larger battery capacity to support the air conditioning on hot days.
Green, we are very transparent and helpful and providing all the information to help me understand the system and select the right one. They installers were very professional and polite.
I just received the latest electricity bill and it is already slashed by 60% the batteries have been two weeks only in service.
I strongly recommended green and their technical team.
