The process went super smoothly! Ordering plants online always makes me a bit nervous because you usually don’t know exactly what you’re going to get. I was looking for a large (and therefore more expensive) tree and had a lot of doubts because I wanted a specific shape. So I was really happy to discover that you can choose the exact plant here. Through their WhatsApp service, I received photos of the available trees and was able to pick one. After placing the order I could specify exactly which tree I wanted via a form in the Whatsapp (which links your order to the selected tree)

Each time, I received quick confirmation, and after a few days, I was given a time slot for delivery. The delivery was right on time, and the tree was well packaged. It was the exact one I had selected from the photos and arrived without any damage. After a little over a week, I can also say the tree barely experienced any shock and is healthy. I’ve been checking it daily and it doesn’t seem to have any pests or diseases either. I’m definitely ordering my next plants from here - happy I found this place!

I ordered a large strelitzia and it was delivered the following day, well-packaged and exactly as depicted in the photo. Green Bubble offers a unique service that really elevates the online plant shopping experience. Since individual plants can vary considerably in appearance, it's really nice to be able to view all the available plants of a particular species and size and then select the exact plant you will receive. I am very happy with my new plant and will buy from Green Bubble again.

I had a great experience from the customer journey (love that you can get whatsapp images of the available plants sent to you and select the one you want!) to delivery which was very fast. My XL plant arrived exactly like it looked in the image with no issues at all. I'll definitely be ordering again!

I purchased the Katarakter Gold flower pot less than a year ago for €109.95 – and I strongly advise against buying it. While it looks attractive, it’s completely useless for real plants. As soon as you use it as intended – placing a plant inside and watering it – it starts to rust and develops holes. The pot can only be used with artificial plants, as it cannot tolerate water at all. For a flower pot, that’s just ridiculous.

What’s most frustrating is that the damage occurs through normal use, and in the end, you’re left with a broken item that’s only good for the trash. The customer service was no help at all – they claimed the issue must have been a delivery defect that should have been reported within two weeks.

They completely ignore the fact that the damage results from using the product as intended. According to their policy, any quality defects that appear after two weeks are automatically not their responsibility – as if poor quality can’t show up after a short time.

As a “solution,” I was offered a 5% discount – for a defective product that cost over €100. That’s not a solution – it’s throwing money in the bin.

Conclusion: The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No quality, no accountability. Once and never again – I absolutely do not recommend ordering here. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I ordered online to deliver to Germany and the plant was not delivered on the date I selected but only few days later, without further communication.

Once I received the plant, I noticed that it was shorter than advertised. While I understand it cannot match the height precisely, it was still considerably shorter than sold online.

I reported the issue, provided pictures with myself standing next to the plant, a video with a meter that unfortunately is not long enough but the customer service is insisting on taking a picture with a full length meter, that I don't have, I would need to go buy for just this purpose.

I believe this is not a very customer friendly practice: Green Bubble should have measured before sending in my opinion.

All in all my experience with the company has been disappointing, although the plant seems to be fine and healthy.

The plant is beautiful, the plant advisor was very helpful to choose my new plant, the delivery was timely and the plant was well boxed! Great experience so far and I would recommend it!
