Everyone so far has been very helpful.

I called when I thought I might have double booked and found out everything was good. The directions were clear; I had just had an Internet connection issue earlier. I really like the GRV website and the booking process. I look forward to my Swiss vacation next year.

It was pretty seamless. We knew what we wanted and the agent accommodated us. Very polite and personable.

The lady that helped me book the trip was very patient and helpful with all my questions.

Amtrak train (California Zephyr)was VERY disappointing. Besides several delays, the train itself really needs updating; dirty windows, awful bathrooms, cafe with microwaved food was also pretty awful. Some of the staff seemed unhappy and therefore not very friendly.
Our tour guide on the trip was probably the worst tour guide I've ever had on any trip. She did not engage with her clients enough and was not well Informed on anything. Her instructions were confusing and often wrong. She had to be corrected by the bus driver who was a much better guide. He did a good job. Overall, this will be our 1st and LAST trip with Great Rail Journeys.

When mother nature made our river cruise untenable, GRJ not only made us whole, but covered the cost of non-refundable payments to other travel arrangements. I am highly impressed by the honorable way they do business. (PS: I am 73, a hard taskmaster, and unconnected with GRJ.)

Very prompt service answering all of our questions allowing us to select the best Winter rail tour to Switzerland, a nice change of pace from our cruises and recent Safari to S, Africa that were also fabulous! Impressed with the customer service during the booking process and anticipate a great assisted trip with the flexibility for interesting side trips.

This is our first booking with Great Rail Journeys. Luke was very helpful on the phone over several calls. He assisted with our reservation, courtesy hold and the AARP discount. We then sent an email request asking several questions, and Clare responded almost immediately with thorough answers. So far the Customer service service has been excellent. We are looking forward to our trip in several months.

Finding different options was easy, navigating the booking process was simple.

My agent and I discussed the Premium
Package on the Canyon Spirit and it was included in the price if the insurance package but wasn’t included in the trip summary and final dossier. It took a couple of calls to get this error resolved. Everything else was OK.

We covered a lot of territory on this trip and it was absolutely amazing. Our tour manager Fritzi kept us up to date each day and evening with the plans ahead. Ron our bus driver was funny and took us to amazing stops on the way to our next park/hotel. He had fun on this tour and vacation. Highly recommend!!

The agents who have helped me with my reservations have been very helpful to fix the mistakes I made when I set things up.
