Do not buy from here - is a total scam. They will take your credit card money and you will never hear from them again.

I have NEVER in my life come across a more dishonest, unprofessional company in my life. If I could give them negative 10 stars I would.
I ordered 10 LED Balloons (buy 10 get 5 free) for a total of almost $50.00 after 6 weeks of not receiving the balloons and the event that they were ordered for had passed, I filed a Paypal claim for "Item not received". At that point the company should have just refunded...but instead, NINE days later they shipped the "order". (once the package is marked as delivered the Paypal case is automatically closed and decided in the seller's favor.) When I opened the package there was one HALF of ONE balloon. Yes, you read that right one HALF of one balloon that was purposely cut in half. These scheisters sent a package with basically NOTHING in it in order to win the Paypal case against them. Of course, I was not about to let my hard-earned money go to these charlatans so I called Paypal and had them reopen the case as "Item not a described". Then this company had the nerve to require me to ship the 1/2 a balloon back to them, AT MY EXPENSE, in order to issue a refund (Let me guess, they will then try to claim that I didn't ship back what they sent) So I had to call Paypal AGAIN, to let these sellers know they will need to provide a prepaid shipping label if they want their 1/2 of a balloon back. The saga continues. But the bottom line is BUYER BEWARE! Stay far, far away from this company.

Same story for me. Placed an order in mid February and instantly got an email saying it would be 3-4 weeks to ship. The took the money out of my account when I placed the order. Since it has been five weeks now I thought I would check on the order status and the email address given was undelivered!! That's when I decided to check into this company. Absolute FRAUD

Been dealing with this company for over a month. Right after I ordered I received a email stating I wouldn't receive my items for 4 to 6 weeks. That's not was stated when I was placing the order. That same day I asked them to cancel and send refund. Weeks later I received another email apologizing for them not having workers to process orders and they would be returning to work in like 10 days. Again and again I've asked for a refund. No communication for another week or so. Finally received a email that they were unable to cancel the order because it was already being processed. BS!!! I asked for the refund the same day I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to receive. I'm going to report them and request my full refund.

I ordered from this company special offer on their red big bear roses for valentine ordered 3weeks prior for feb. 14 2020. Got email will be late for 2weeks. It’s March 2020 my wife have not receive them. Then tried to search for the website it’s down they can’t be reach. Hope you reading my comment I want my money back!!!!!

I received my merchandise but the crap was from China and only lasted two months. Run away......do not order anything from these scammers!

If you’re one of the other scam victims from this fake website you need to contact law enforcement now. Other victims are getting together to make sure they’re brought to justice.

How these scammers are still allowed to keep this fraudulent website opened and they’re not in jail is a big mystery.

I placed an order online Nov. 29th 2019. It was a Christmas gift. I never received it. They won't answer my hundreds of emails. They won't refund my money. There is no customer service number!! Lesson learned. Just wish there was a way to report them.

Like the other victims have said - this is a fake fraudulent website set up to scam people. You’ll get nothing or some Chinese counterfeit merchandise that you won’t be able to return. With either scenario you are scammed out of your money.

I dont like last minute shopping and all the stress involved that comes along with it. This year just seemed extra busy and I wasnt able to do all the pre holiday shopping like I usually do. I know Im a late comer to yhe whole online shopping thing but I thought I'd give it a try. Being a newbie learned a few thIngs.
#1. NEVER PURCHASE A PRODUCT ONLINE FROM A COMPANY WHO DOES NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER !! I never even thought to check I automatically assumed that the high profile and highly rated app that I use where I saw these products would not suppport the marketing of a fraudulent company.
Well I was not only naive, I was also wrong and paid the price. I purchased 4 sets of blue tooth headphones at $39.oo each at the begging of Dec. Her,e it is Jan 17 th
MY ORDER STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED.
Ive emailed their customer support
( what a joke) numerous times because the tracking number that they originally provided with the confirmation of my order ( also a joke)
Provided me with no info on the where abouts of my order.
I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY TO BE FRAUDULENT!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEM !!
Unless you are financially secure enough where throwing away your money isn't a big deal!! Lesson Learned..

I am happy to say that Today my purchase arrived!! Would I order from this merchant again .... Probably not

The customer service is so lousy. There is no such thing as order cancelation.
They will push their products even if you don't them.
The company is located in China. You have to wait for a month and if you don't want it you have to send the package to China and pay for delivery.
I spent a month just trying to get their attention but still no money back. Do not deal with them

This is a FRAUDULENT WEBSITE - beware - they’ll steal your money and send nothing, send you fake/counterfeit goods, or they’ll steal your identity or run other fraud using your payment and personal info. Sometimes they’ll also use fake tracking numbers showing delivery to another address but in your same state or area so they can actually have paypal or credit card fraud claims found in their favor. This is a very dangerous criminal group. Report them immediately to your bank or your credit card and then report them to every agency possible so that way all their scam sites are shut down. They have many other similar sites to scam people

order 5 saws for Christmas got 5 sets of blades for 114.95 paypal would do nothing said I had to make a police report

This is a scam website. The contact information is also fake. All of the products are fake. These are the same people with other identical or similar websites with these same products for sale just to defraud people by stealing their money and committing fraud and identifying theft amount other crimes. They’ve already been reported to the FBI but they’re operating overeas and keep changing their site and fake contact info to avoid being brought to justice. You need to contact your credit card right now and cancel payment and block the card or else you’re have fraudulent charges. Sometimes people will receive a chinese bootleg item, in most cases they’ll receive nothing, and other times they’ll get a fake tracking number that shows delivery to another location and the customer is also left with nothing but the bogus tracking number can actually also stop a paypal dispute and make you end up losing your money with no recourse.
