Electronic room darkening window shade
Custom made shade was built to exact dimensions I specified and fit great ! The color and design was exactly as shown on Amazon. Just some minor confusion on installation but the Graywind staff stayed in daily communication and clarified everything to my satisfaction. Very pleased with our purchase !

The item quality was OK however I…
The item quality was OK however I placed an order at a specific price and then I was told that the price that I got it for online was too low even though it was from the gray wind website.
So they told me that they would either refund my money or I would have to pay more so instead of ordering the six blinds that I placed the order for I only ordered one.
The person I spoke to told me that even though the website gave me that price, they would not make enough money on it so they were gonna have to refund it and cancel it.
I don’t really appreciate that kind of Customer Service, most people don’t.

Great blinds but don't buy the fabric valance
I’m very happy overall with the motorized blinds themselves. The pricing was the best I found, installation was straightforward, and the blinds work amazingly well. The motorization has been smooth and reliable, and I’m really happy with that part of the purchase.
The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the fabric-covered valance option. I ordered the matching fabric wrap so it would blend with the shade material, but unfortunately it looks very rippled and uneven instead of smooth and clean. It takes away from the overall finished look. I honestly think this option either needs improvement or should only be offered with certain fabrics that lay flatter.
I may end up covering it with white molding instead. Aside from that issue, the blinds themselves are excellent and a great value.

The product I ordered came as advertised. It met all expectations. I had a few questions about the measurements of the rail and about the installation of the solar charger. Email was handled expeditiously. Finding these particular details on the web site were required the questions, though. But all is on-line... Using the remote to set upper and lower thresholds is a trick. Doable. But better to use the phone ap. I did not realize that I had to set the upper limit of travel. Oops. All's good, though.

Great customer service. My original order was entered incorrectly. During the confirmation process I gave graywind the correct dimensions and they confirmed that the order was changed. Somehow I still got the wrong size shipped to me. I contacted them and they sent me the correct size immediately. Because of that I have experience I believe a friend is going to order a specialty blind also. Thank you for the great customer service. Product is working great also!
