Can’t remember how I stumbled upon this company, was a bit unsure at first based on the mixed and minimal reviews, but the website was superb and ski gloves were delivered quick. Saved about £30 on the gloves compared to other larger retailers which was interesting. Would buy again from here. No complaints at all.

I ordered a helmet for my son. There was no protective packaging at all. The box was extremely damaged indicating that the helmet has been heavily bashed around in transit. Customer services have been very unhelpful and are asking me to pay for the return. I even emailed the manufacturer for the helmet who agreed, based on the photos, that the helmet should be returned. Very disappointing company who cannot accept responsibility.

I saw a review giving these guys a bad result. My experience was they were spot on good. I contacted them in advance by email about stock (I was looking at gloves) since the review I read on here made me skeptical about them. I got a reply to my email pretty much straight away confirming stock and saying what is visible is what their stock level is. I ordered the gloves they arrived to the time scale they predicted. In summary - all as expected. no problems.

Said that they had stock on their website so I placed an order for a jacket. A few hours later recieved an email saying they didn't actually have the stock and they would issue a refund. This was my first time trying to order from this company, and will also be the last. What a waste of time. Can't even get stock levels correct. Basics....
