I contacted Gravity Fitness because the carry bag for my portable pull-up rack had become damaged after some time of use. Even though I could no longer provide my original order number, the customer support team responded incredibly quickly and kindly and immediately arranged a replacement bag free of charge.
Outstanding customer service and a great example of how to look after your customers. I highly recommend Gravity Fitness and will definitely continue to support the brand.

The product we ordered was really good quality, unfortunately, we needed to return it as it wasn't quite right for my wife.
I wanted to write this review anyway, the company arranged a return and refund with no questions asked. They were immensely helpful along the way and I felt compelled to share as you very rarely see this level of customer service.

I have been on my calisthenics journey for a couple of years now and am so glad I not only found calisthenics but also Gravity. Over that time I have accumulated most of their products and have found them to be top quality. I love the variety of the training and the app makes it easy to follow workouts and programmes.

Good gym bar for 8 year old
Good website info so gym bar arrived just as described. Easy to assemble and 8 year old can adjust height and pack away.
