Great Customer Service Help (Strictly Customer Service Review)
I've just looked at making a server for my friend and I to play, and we were in a situation where essentials or other quick self hosting mods weren't applicable. When running into issues with Gravel Host, I had great help from their staff team, specifically Tash. He was patient with me and had very quick responses every times. I only have very little experience with setting up servers, so they helped out a ton. Overall, easy setup for most of the way, and they made the times where I was struggling very easy. As of right now, I'd recommend Gravel Host to both experienced and inexperienced server creators

I was navigating a checkout and had questions about server set up. TASH was super helpful! This gentelman explained to me how the server set up works, plugins, hosting services and even sent me tutorials. He was great help in answering all of my questions clearly.

Gravelhost is a great value
Gravelhost is a great value. The admin interface is easy to use. The packages offered are sensible. The servers perform very well.
Most of all, the tech help is phenomenal. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Horrible Service
I bought my server for ark survival and every little thing that I want to change about the server doesn't work. I have had to reach out every day multiple times just to change settings in the server or get it working. Not worth the money find a different place to buy a server.

Website a bit overwhelming, everything else was great!
The website was overwhelming, and nothing worked as intended.
After joining their discord server and opening a ticket the support was great and I managed to create my ark server in no time!
To sum up, great support but website is a bit overwhelming
