Products are just fantastic

Decade long user. I've used this product for 10 years and have no crows feet. It's a wonderful product and the ordering process is easy to use.

What a worthless product. The ingredient in Gratiae Age Defying 30 Seconds (Immediate Triple Action Sculpt Expert) that provides the temporary, tight "sticky effect" and the immediate lifting sensation is Oat Kernel Extract. This extract works in combination with other active ingredients in the formula to visibly tighten the skin and reduce wrinkles within seconds of application. I was on holiday in Cyprus and approached by a member of staff and offered a trial. When a representative of the brand tries to push it on you and applies the cream, you get the impression that it works or has an effect. It is a temporary effect: it creates a tightening layer on the skin that continues to work for a few hours. But after a year of use, nothing has changed, and that for that price.

For my order, they accidentally left one of my items out from a Christmas sale. I contacted them immediately and over the course of two weeks we were able to get the missing item sent to me and they included some free packs of additional lotions to try. I am very pleased with the customer service and I recommend this company to other people.

I had an issue with a delivery but customer services effectively put it right. 5 starts service and products

Was on holiday in Tenerife and approached by member of staff and the given trial of salt exfoliator. Then lead to another member of staff was told the product was one price and online double i purchased products. But soon after realised the products werent at all good and flaked off almost immediately. I immediately tried tp return products and was told no refund. Would avoid these product at all costs.

My order is taking too long. Where is it??

I had a very similar experience as Jose at the dolphin mall kiosk. I purchased the products because the demonstration was a bit catchy and I asked about the return policy the sales man said i had 14 days guarantee and if i didnt like the products I can get a refund which is why I decided to purchase and give the products a try. When I got home I started reading the ingredients of the 5 products he stacked in my bag so quickly and cleverly as “free” add-ons mind you my total was $160.
at the kiosk the return policy is no where to be seen. They printed out instructions on a receipt paper put it in the bad and did not give me the receipt of the products - VERY DECEITFUL! the only proof I had was the apple pay history - Mind you when I tried to call the number on my CC statement the customer service number listed was for SWOVSKI crystals…. exactly - what the heck ?!?! That was my red flag! I went back within 48hrs I told them my skin was sensitive to the ingredients they never mentioned and needed a refund they refused showing me the tiniest NO Refunds posted on their POS Machine that only the sales person can see from their point of view not the customers side. I asked to speak to the owner of the kiosk two FOOLs reluctantly showed up an italian guy and a fat venezuelan guy not being helpful at all actually being disrespectful and acting like I was crazy for telling them the sales person sold the product saying I had 2 weeks to return the product and kept on trying to give me the run around to swap the products or contact the distributor when i purchased from them. The whole experience was awful and I can’t even imagine the next person that tries to sell me something from a kiosk is getting the extreme cold do not look at me face because of the terrible horrible le experience.

The quality of the products is very convincing and customer service answers within 24 hours.

Gratiae’s renewing peeling gel is my favorite since years. A very good product, leaves the skin smooth and allows absorption of moisturizers or other products you might use. They have also excellent customer care services.
