Excellent all round.
The plants, Cherry Laurel, are of excellent quality.

Good quality rootballed Sorbus Ulleungensis Olympic flame arrived very quickly. The driver even helped carry it through to our back garden. Plenty of healthy new buds opening and a good solid rootball.
Time will tell but hopefully it will establish well in its new home.
Everything I've purchased previously from Grasslands has grown really well so I have little concerns about this Sorbus. All round excellent service.

I have ordered from Grassland nursery multiple times now. My gardener always raves about the quality of their plants, and I rave about the price!

I have ordered from other online plant stores before, and the price and quality just doesn’t compare to this store.

I also called their customer service today, they were prompt to pick up and were very helpful as well.

Having been let down by non-delivery of my order from another online supplier, offering generous discounts, I returned to Grassland who I have bought from previously.
Pricing was competitive.
I placed my order on Tuesday & delivery was confirmed for Thursday, I even managed to add to my order on the Wednesday.
Full tracking was provided for my order, which arrived within the delivery time slot notified.
Plants were exactly as described.
I would have no hesitation in recommending

I’ve purchased two flowering cherry trees last May for approx £130 each, and planted them carefully following the guidance provided. Two months after planting one of the trees started suffering, and loosing leaves, and then it died. Both trees were planted in exactly the same way with careful after care, but only one survived, despite same soil condition and planted in approximate location. I believe that one of the trees wasn’t in a very good conditions at point of delivery, as it was late in a season perhaps they have shipped the last of the stock. I gave the tree a chance, hoping it may come back to life in spring, but with no success, I contacted their customer service to explore possible replacement. I got a reply within a week or so delay response to my email, responses were passive aggressive - as they were asking for a lot of detail - asking for evidence and descriptions, proof how I planted the tree. Once there was nothing else for them to ask the customer service said that they don’t provide guarantees after planting, so it was clear that they would never replace it or refund the tree from the start wasting my time.

Arrived as not described. Expensive damaged plants on arrival. Raised directly and now ignored. Shocking service. Avoid.

Laurels good size but a little dry and one or two branches broken where they had roped them together for transportation
Over all hopefully they will survive and grow

Amazing!!! The emerald green thuja’s are absolutely beautiful and healthy. Delivery was fast. We went to the nursery near us (London area) and the same thuja cost £100 ish, we paid £35, can’t recommend it enough.

Several issues with expensive trees/plants that have died. Customer services are not good. Grasslands on-line and the site near Knutsford might as well be two completely separate businesses….so many problems I’ve had, I’ve now decided to take my business elsewhere, it just isn’t worth the trouble. The final nail in the coffin came this week: I had a voucher which I used on-line, when the tree arrived, it wasn’t suitable so I returned it. I’m now told that the voucher “cannot be used” and they won’t issue another. This is not the only example of unnecessary unreasonableness I’ve experienced, so I’m done now, they’ll have no more of my money.

Bought 20 super large (7' +) cherry laurels which all look super healthy and exactly as hoped for (in fact better)! Happy with 10% discount and delivery was communicated well and made promptly. I'm in Wiltshire, but coincidentally it turns out that my brother in Essex has also bought a very large order of laurels as well!

Ordered a number of bare root yew plants. There was a while to wait until they were ready to be dug up but the communication was good and the plants arrived in good condition. Thank you

The plants that Grassland have in my experience always been very good.
What was not so good was trying to get a delivery date out of the Company. It's almost as though they think we should be grateful that eventually in the fullness of time we are going to get a quality product. What they need to realise that it's customers have a separate life and taking deliveries and planting often requires planning which is impossible if you can't get a delivery date out of a supplier.

Easy ordering and great delivery. However, disappointing that the trees advertised as multi stem are, in fact, single stemmed. I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known as wanted multi stemmed.

Such a lovely plant, looks very healthy, can’t wait for it to bloom.

Everything worked well with my recent order from Grasslands. The ordering was straightforward, and delivery by your friendly driver Mark was on time. And very importantly the box replacement bushes I ordered were of excellent quality.

Two orders both placed on Sunday (by sheer coincidence) and both arrived by their own transport on the following Tuesday.

My recent order was of 5 lollypop half standard photinia red robin trees. I’d recently purchased 5 large standard trees from Garden Plants Online and whilst they were the correct size due to the shape of our garden wall and the height drop it left a large gap underneath where our nosey neighbour likes to peer through. The Grasslands trees we knew would be dense and thick and would help plug the gaps forming a tree hedge. This is what will happen. The five Grasslands trees were exactly as described, dense foliage and showing signs of new growth. These will flower this year. The trunks are straight and all within a very good tolerance of each other.
They’re absolutely fantastic.

Sadly my garden is full but I would recommend Grasslands to everyone! They have the contract.

Great quality plants at a very reasonable price. The cherry laurels were really big and bushy and looked so healthy. Delivery was excellent with great communication and updates and the option to track the driver. The driver was a Grasslands employee and gave me plant advice while unloading them. Really great service and I will definitely use them again.

Ordered a tree, really simple to order, good communication on delivery date and time, quick delivery and with tracking. All good.

Great experience buying a Hamamelis from Grasslands online. I knew what I was looking for, and their website showed a photo of the actual plant advertised with a staff member standing beside it for scale. That’s so helpful. I phoned to place the order because I didn’t want it to be delivered whilst we were away. It was no problem arranging delivery when it was convenient for us. Delivery worked well too, we were provided with tracking information and delivery was bang on time. The plant arrived in perfect condition. Very happy customer!
