Really loving the products so far! The focus and dream capsules are great, I do notice a difference. Love the taste of the active green powder too, I usually mix with a flavoured electrolyte powder to make it extra nice, but happy to drink it alone too. Overall, very happy and always posted quickly!

quick to provide tracking info and massively helpful when royal mail split the parcel. Friendly customer service team and the nootropics drinks are really nice and definitely make you more alert.

Their drinks are an absolute god send!! Brought some of their drinks to try from Holland & Barrett as I needed a quick fix for my conditions. Tried their focus,relax and power ones and the power one seems to be the best for me personally for what I need.

I genuinely was not expecting much as I've tried similar drinks from other brands and haven't noticed any differences within me whatsoever. But these ones are just powerful.

I have Autism,ADHD and OCD and struggle so much daily especially when out and about and so many of my traits have been calmer over the past week of drinking them. I genuinely feel like a different person full of confidence its genuinely incredible!

I've been able to go into shops without any fear or anxiety coming over me,which has never been possible for me. I can talk without any pre thinking as my head is so clear and calm. I also keep getting boosts of dophamine rushes which is a very nice feeling,

Ordered in early November - it's mid-December, and still not a single email or word from their customer team. Looks like they've stolen my money.

I have been using the focus tablets and on two occasions I felt as if I was high, a sense of euphoria, is this usual?

I ordered a mixed box of drinks and there was a slight delay with delivery - I was offered immediate support and the order was delivered free of charge the very next day. The drinks are delicious- light and refreshing and most importantly they work. I had a ‘power’ drink to help me wake up for work after a gym session, did the trick. Fab products, fab customer service. Very happy!

Fabulous products lousy customer service have mailed them without a reply I have called them they never answer the phone or call back...I am now nervous to place an order not even sure they are still in bussiness?

The most outstanding customer service I have ever received, no exaggeration. Super quick response, even though it was a weekend and so far above and beyond what i needed or expected, it makes such a great change to find a company like this. Early days with using the products yet, but so far they have helped improve my sleep. The website is full of really useful information, just a lovely company all round in my experience.

Grass & Co CBD oils are simply outstanding and they work wonders for me at night.

Unfortunately, I have been suffering from very disturbed sleep for years. These oils taste so good and this means that I can take them as soon as I wake up in the night.

But even more importantly, they really work for me. I take 1 or 2 doses and this helps me to sleep through until morning. Truly amazing!

I initially purchased a couple of bottles of Grass & Co CBD from Holland and Barrett. The CBD bottles were in boxes however the information leaflets were missing. I know this isn't Holland and Barrett fault as I've never had an issue with them in years.

The CBD had no effect on me despite other similar strength reputable brands having a noticeable / beneficial effect.

Being polite I emailed Grass & Co to state that I'd mislaid the information leaflet. They responded with an offer of 25 percent off a future order.

Given the huge profit markup on products like this would amount to very little in real terms however I redeemed for some pillow spray for my sister's birthday.

I'm not in to collect orders during the day so I emailed Grass & Co with a High Priority header to ask if they could package in such as way that it would fit through letter box.

Later the following day in the afternoon I eventually got a response. The customer service advisor clearly hadn't read my email properly and claimed that (3 tiny bottles of pillow spray) could not be packaged to fit through a letter box..

Apparently too by the time Grass & Co eventually responded my order already dispatched..

Another email from me went completely unanswered.

Given my experience of this company I really wouldn't take their 'customer reviews' too seriously.

Update -

We did recieve the pillow spray as very unusually Royal Mail delivered early. The small bottles arrived in a big box with 90 percent unnecessary padding..

Unfortunately, like the CBD, it is poor quality. After a few minutes smell gone from pillow. There are far better / cheaper alternative products on the market who provide far more efficient customer service.

We have requested a full refund for the 3 pillow spray bottles however Grass & Co have only offered to refund 2 unopened.
However as the products are Not Fit For Purpose under Consumer Law we will be passing the issue to our banks visa disputes team.

Unfortunately I had an awful reaction to rest oil. Lavender in my mouth felt wrong and ended up with violent headache. I did sleep well but woke up again with bad head and an overwhelming taste of lavender. So disappointed.

CBD oil is really good, I sleep so well since I started using them. I just wish the price was a little more affordable. I finish up even the strongest bottle in less than a month time and I'm not sure for how long I can keep up with reordering because of the price...

I bought the Rest pillow spray for my husband for Xmas and since then we've both been using it every night without fail. The beautiful scent helps to switch off for the day and it has become a bit of a ritual that feels like a bit of self-care and pampering that we all deserve after an exhausting day.

I have now been using Grass and co CBD oil for 5 months and can honestly say it has changed my life! As a frontline NHS healthcare practitioner, my anxiety levels have been through the roof this year, I have also suffered from insomnia for the past year and have tried everything without success.
Since starting to use the oil I have noticed a definite improvement in my anxiety levels, but the biggest improvement has been my sleep, I am now sleeping better and deeper than I have done in years and wake up refreshed and ready to face the day, with none of the grogginess I feel when taking herbal sleeping tablets. This has improved both my mental And physical health immensely-I no longer dread tossing and turning and waking up tired after a sleepless night. I am also very impressed with the customer service and ethics of this company and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I received my calm oil in the mail today and tried it out straight away, because, why not right!
Within an hour I swear I felt great, for reference my anxiety has been really really hard to manage lately, but I found today I've been able to focus a little more and just be more relaxed in general... As someone who's just been absolutely exhausted mentally lately I'm absolutely over the moon with my purchase, even if it is the first day it was well worth the purchase for a day of peace.
It even came with a handwritten note!!!! In this day and age! It was so thoughtful and personal, it really made me smile.
