I needed a website that could be completed quickly and professionally. GraphicPTY did just that by first producing a number of templates in line with the vision for my company then individualising it with multiple edits until I was happy with the end product.

GraphicPTY were accommodating every step of the way and very available with communication across a period where many other companies had shut for the year with Christmas and New Year.

The expectations were clear and transparent from day one and the final product was competed to a high standard. Pricing was also very reasonable.

Would recommend this company to anyone.

I first came across Graphics PTY because I needed a website where my clients could easily access my information and purchase my programs. After several attempts to create a site on my own, I found it overwhelming, time-consuming, and the results never looked professional.

When I reached out to Graphics PTY, the designers were approachable and attentive. Within just two days, they provided a demo after asking me about my intentions, structure, branding, and messaging, and the outcome was phenomenal.

I chose the Elite Package, and it has been absolutely fantastic far beyond my expectations. Their communication was always professional and supportive, and I felt comfortable asking questions and providing feedback. They even suggested creative ideas that really elevated the final result.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend Graphics PTY.

Took a long time to understand the brief, finally got to an image I was happy with, however needed to change the colour format.
Advisor said I said to pay an extra $300 for this service and they could make the change and were certain my logo would appear better. I asked if they would show me before I paid with the preview sticker over it like they did the first time, however the declined so I made the payment only to be beyond disappointed to get an image back that was worse than the original, claiming “we tried” “what can we do”
Lack of understanding, knowing they couldn’t provide what I was asking for. Very unhappy will not use or refer this company to anyone

I had a great experience with Jessica. We sent some ideas we had via WhatsApp. She had three samples back to us within 24hours. We then made some changes to one we liked. We told her what we wanted and she then did another sample. We had or logo in a matter of days. We absolutely love it and can’t wait to showcase it. Thanks Jessica for your help and I recommend to any business looking for a logo.
