It was not possible to purchase a one off mouckup so I paid $39 for a membership. On downloading the mock up for a magazine I found it was suboptimal my design element did not match in to their mockup. After making tests to check it was not an issue with my design element, the problem persisted.
I attempted to contact Graphic Per but had not response.
Please read this as something to be aware of when considering a Graphic Pear product.

Graphic Pear not only provide many free resources for those starting out or learning about creative design. And for those already in the business looking for shortcuts and quick graphical assets for their work, the premium resources are top quality, so much attention to good design and detail can be found and is very good value. Clearly Graphic Pear have a lot of work into this.

I can't reach customer support. The website interface is not optimal. I paid for the premium access, but there isn't a filter option for just the premium resources. The resources I have used, are of very high quality. The mockups are beautiful, and are easy to edit.

thank you for leaving a review of Graphic Pear. We've just added a link which allows you to browse through premium resources only; you can find this on the home page after you log in (Premium Resources).
We didn't have this before as we consider all our resources to be premium for subscribers since free resources are only available for personal use before buying a subscription. Anyway it makes sense to add it if users would find it helpful.

I purchased design bundle years ago and I used it frequently. This month Link to the design drive was not working. I wrote to support and they immediately helped me. Turns out they just relocated files. But my license remains untouched. Thanks a lot for all the designs I have created using your icons and mockups. And thank you for your fast and polite reply.
