Manufacturer issue quickly sorted.

I ordered a replacement part for an obsolete model airbrush. Harry took the time to ensure he was sending the correct item but when it arrived, it didn't fit. A quick message and he was on the case. He contacted the manufacturer and it was identified that they had changed the item without sending out a modification notice which meant that even though the correct item was sent, it didn't fit. Harry quickly rectified and sent the appropriate remedy which arrived the next day. Excellent service and a pleasure to do business with. thank you.

First class service in every respect

I spoke with Harry

I spoke with Harry, who generously offered guidance on an airbrush not bought from their store. The advice turned out to be incredibly useful. I was also recommended an upgrade, which led me to buy a new one. I'm extremely satisfied with how quickly it was delivered and the overall flawless service. Much appreciation to Harry!

Had a conversation with Harry and…

Had a conversation with Harry and received advice regarding an airbrush that I didn't even buy from them. Found the advice very helpful. Also was advised about an upgrade which I took and purchased a new one. Very pleased with their prompt delivery and ,all in all, a service that can't be faulted. Thanks for everything Harry

Amazing and quick customer service

Ordered a iwata ecplips from them recently and I had an issue with the tracking on the order. Harry was quick to put my issues to rest and sorted me out with the tracking number. He also sent me a load of videos to help me on my airbrush journey.

great customer support

Recently purchased the iwata cleaning kit and tool kit. Arrived quickly with lots of updates about dispatch etc. the 1.2 mm o ring remover broke on the first use, however a quick email to the team and a replacement was arranged and sent. It happened so quickly, i was actually surprised when the replacement turned up. When I checked my emails (which I'm notoriously bad at doing!) I had updates from the team letting me know the plan for replacing the remover. Top prompt customer service with what I would consider zero delays!

New to airbrushing

Was looking at getting into airbrushing. After a bit of reading up in forums ect. One name kept popping up, graphicair.
Jumped on the website with half an idea on what I wanted to get and made my list. But still wasn't 100%.
So I dropped a message with my list incase I was missing something.
I wasn't disappointed. After speaking to Harry via a few emails I felt confident this was the right place to buy my stuff.
I was given links with stuff I needed to add and stuff I may want but didn't need just yet. So it was just paints left.
Harry suggested a few paint brands mix ratios and what materials they are suitable for.
So I put all the stuff I wanted in the cart and made the order. I could see a few things on back order, so I didn't mind the wait as I wasn't desperate for the items.
I was informed every step of the way and also told if I was ever stuck or need advice to just get in touch.
Now that's customer service
I can honestly say that I've never had such purchase experience as I did with graphicair and will 100% shop with confidence next time round

Outstanding customer service

I have been ordering airbrush-related items from GraphicAir since the pandemic, and I have always appreciated the great service. This time round, they seriously surpassed their already great service when the postman stuffed my replacement Iwata needle through the postbox which completely bent it in the process. One phone call later (spoke to Harry), and a replacement was with me in no time. They probably could have simply told me to take it up with Royal Mail, but they didn’t. Really appreciate it, and I highly recommend this company. Harry is an asset to the business.
