The hamper arrived a day late
The hamper arrived a day late, which was annoying since it was a birthday present and the recipient went away on holiday the next day. I did note that the package spent a long time being processed by DPD, so probably not G&B’s fault. I am unable to comment on the contents as yet.

We do communicate that our couriers don't deliver at the weekend (in our shipping information on the product page and elsewhere) but we are going to try to find ways to make that clearer.
We received your order at the weekend so the earliest we could ship was monday for delivery Tuesday.
Our goal is for both the sender and recipient to be happy so this is important to us.

The website seemed to have issues with ordering delivery to Dublin but billing in the UK. Also, I discovered there is no messaging ie nowhere to write a birthday message (!!?!) to my 92 yr Aunt. I selected Grape & Bean as they offer Irish produce and non-alcoholic hampers that don’t include toffee or really sugary gifts. However, it’s not clear when the delivery date is. The hampers appear good, however the website really needs to be updated
