Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. You've got to pay upfront for work not yet completed. If anything goes wrong, they will not put it right for you. Their team damaged my new floor during installation of the granite Worktop. I was offered £200 where in fact cost of replacement was near £950! Case is now under review with trading standards and I had to involve my solicitor to go down legal route. The owner doesn't want to resolve it nor is responding to my complaint letters. I really wish we went with our usual company rather this appalling so called business doing all they can to rip people off. My advise...stear away if you don't want to be put through over 4 months of pain and expense of repairs you need to pay for!
