Ordered in June and nothing delivered

Ordered in June and nothing delivered. Similar story to others where item is not in stock and they won't respond to coms. However I contacted my bank (Lloyds) and they refunded the money to my account within one day! I now notice that my order is no longer on the Granoptic website against my account.

Stay away from this company

I am waiting for a refund for 2months now! Impossible to contact them, no answer to emails! Unprofessional and unacceptable! Stay clear from this company!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

@GranOpticUK @granoptic Any idea where my order is (612985)? Shipping was suppose to 3 days and I ordered the sun glasses on the 27/08/18 but still no sign of them!!! 😡😡😡 No reply to my emails and no answer to my calls...extremely poor customer service. I want a refund?!!! Stay away from this company as they are truly awful!!!! #scam

Awful Company - Steer Clear

Awful Company - Steer Clear

Where is my order ? Order Number 610269 placed on 10th August 2018 and still not arrived.

Not only has it been over 3 weeks now (way longer than the shipping info on their website) but they have not even responded to my email chase. Didn't waste any time in taking my money though.

Failing a response in 24 hours I will leave a bad review on any site I can find. Hopefully, my credit card company can do something to help / take some action.

Please do not use this company!

Awful, awful, awful company - steer clear!

I ordered a pair of sunglasses nearly a month ago on 5th August. Whilst their website states that for some items delivery could take up to 16 working days, this time has definitely now passed.
I've sent them three e-mails requesting an update to which I've had no response. I then tried sending a message through their website and again no response.
Finally I tried the online chat function which doesn't work, stating that no one is available.
This is one of the worst companies I've ever ordered from. They took my money on day 1, but no sign of my sunglasses and none existent customer service. I've now taken action through my credit card provider who are investigating.
Please do not use GranOptic, however tempting their prices may be!

Fake Optic

GranOptic one star not even that,ordered sunglasses for holidays as it said 5 days delivery,now a month nothing,written few emails,no response,custumer service chat line none assistant,so dissapointed,really concerned;as money been taken off imediatelly but no confirmation email or anything abaut the order i placed!
Never ever again,please no one buy from this site!!!!

Got my glasses yesterday, after about two months of waiting.
Especially after reading negative reviews here and the GranOptic not answering my email I got worried that they're scammers.
However, I got my glasses now for a very cheap price.

Just be patient.

As per all the other reviews below , avoid this company like the plague. No comms at all , only contact was when I reclaimed my debit card payment. Sunglasses arrived , did a bank transfer to cover the reclaimed debit card payment , MISTAKE !! Visa redebited my account as the item had been delivered and Granoptic had not cancelled the visa payment. Now stuck trying to get back my transfer (unlikely) and have paid for the sunglasses twice !! Use Shadestation instead of these thieves !!

GRANOPTIC STOLE MY MONEY - DO NOT TRUST THEM!

On 2 August 2018 Granoptic charged me twice for an order. In the 4 weeks since, I have sent them 5 emails requesting a refund of the duplicate charge (£121). They have not responded to any of my emails and there is no other way of contacting them. I have had to take action against them through my bank. Save your time and money - shop elsewhere!

I ordered my glasses three weeks ago and still no sign or response to emails. If I knew they were going to arrive eventually I’d be happy. I’ll give it another week before getting legal involved.

Not a Happy Customer!

After placing an order for pair of glasses from GranOptic, and after my money had been processed, I was advised that the glasses were no longer available and therefore a alternative or a refund could be provided...

I therefore requested a refund from GranOptic, however, since responding to Granoptic I have not receive any response/acknowledgment nor a refund.

Consequently I have sent multiple emails to granoptic, yet I have still not received any response or acknowledgement and no refund has been received.

It would be nice to have a response to atleast one of my emails!

Not a happy customer!

Still not received order

Placed an order for 2 pairs of glasses on the 5 August...still not received the items or any update on the order. I have emailed customer services a couple of times and still have not heard back from them.

Same story as everyone else here; GranOptic have stolen over 200 euros from me.
I placed an order on the 27th of July, and even after multiple emails and calls GranOptic has been completely unresponsive.
Do NOT order from GranOptic. Do not trust them, do not pay them, and do not expect any communication if you unwisely choose to. They are thieves, through and through.
