Use to be good.

Food was lovely but the girl serving was a disgrace (date: 04/03). She was rude from the moment we walked in, was slamming glasses cutlery and chairs all over the place. I was recommended coming in here by family who have been going for years and took some guests of ours who were unfamiliar to the area. Its an absolute joke now due to the service. You shouldn’t work in public serving places when serving the public is an inconvenience. Never felt so unwelcome in a Sunderland pub in my life. Shocking.

Rude Staff

Went to Granny Annie's in Enniskillen.
Was served by a very rude young male. He sighed and tutted audibly at me and my group.

One of our drinks came as a diet Coke instead of Coke Zero and he said that it was not wrong and that he brought what we asked for.

This really was a bad experience and let us feeling uncomfortable. Food was fine.

Deserve to go out of business.

Called in for soup and tea. Very small bowl of soup roughly 4-5 soup spoons not very nice tasting. Sourdough bread warmed likely in a microwave so fell apart onto floor when I picked it up.Tea came in a small t pot not enough to fill both cups asked for a bigger t pot or a second one to fill cups. Told they had a shortage of t pots so couldn't provide second one.
Charged the handsome sum of £16+ for what was the worst value for money I have ever had in a restaurant.
Never never again deserve to go out of business ASAP. Come back Wetherspoons.

Me and 2 of my friends booked here for…

Me and 2 of my friends booked here for a Christmas lunch there was ament to be 4 of us but one didn't turn up so we assumed we would just loss out on the deposit we told the person on arrival she wouldn't be coming but they still continued to serve her meals even no she didn't come we had to pay for the full meal ? Service was slow we were told if are food didn't come out in time of the 2 hour time slot it would be boxed up and we would have to take it with us. Full drinks were took of our table that hadn't been touched because they were rushing us out the door also £16.50 service charge Is ridiculous for 3 people wouldn't come back .

Booked dinner for 3 people last Sunday

Booked dinner for 3 people last Sunday, we all had carvery, very disappointed. Food not hot, veg burned, Yorkshire pudding burned. Other food coming out looked fab.
Staff are excellent, pub and music are good, but wouldn't eat the carvery again.

musical chairs

was here for the first time last Saturday and it will be a while before I'll be back it's like musical chairs 😅everytime we sat down we were told we would have to move for diners who had reserved the table we were moved on at least 4 occasions till we decided to sit at the bar and there was only one small space you were allowed to sit it was like faulty towers lol. so after spending the guts of 100 quid the doorman came over and asked me to leave and said I had been cheeky to the customers 😅 which I wasn't but that's typical Belfast bouncers for you.. Guinness not great once is enough to visit👍

not recommended, night ruined

Strongly do not recommend.
The food was dry, hard with one of my chicken strips smelling fishy.
We left nearly all the food and drinks that were included in the girls night out. My friend was actually ill after eating here that night.
The shots was definitely and I am nearly sure the drinks were watered down and not very nice.

Upon payment they tried to over charge me.
Really disappointed 😞

Granny Annie’s Enniskillen…

My wife and I went into Granny Annie’s yesterday afternoon in Enniskillen, 28/6/19, and ordered two burgers with chips. The staff, two young girls, were delightful and a pleasure to talk to. One burger turned up without any bacon, the other without any blue cheese, with one sliver of mushroom and one sliver of onion.
If they were promoting the restaurant on Facebook they would not have posted a photo of the burgers we received.
That’s the standard they should adhere to. If they wouldn’t be proud to post it, then don’t serve it up.
We are pensioners and occasionally treat ourselves to a meal in Granny Annies.
Compared to yesterday, we would have fared much better in a café at the side of the road for a whole lot less money.
We pay the extra for a better dining experience. We didn’t get it. We got, from the kitchen, indifference.
It is not nice to go in for a meal and have to complain. It spoils the day out.
We don't want a free meal, we would not embarrass ourselves by accepting it in person.
We mentioned this to the girl serving, who was polite and attentive. She reported it to the person in charge who didn’t even have the decency to come out and face us.
