Richard was so helpful when we were planning a change of worktop. He visited us to discuss worktop options and provided excellent advice. His attention to detail and workmanship are second to none and the finished job is absolutely outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with our revamped kitchen and Richard’s friendly approach, together with his professional attitude to ensure everything was just perfect, made this whole experience so good! I have couldn’t recommended him highly enough - thanks Richard!

From the initial consultation to the fitting of our new tops, the process was professional and businesslike. Richard explained everything perfectly from the start to the complete installation. Very clean and tidy. We would strongly recommend him and his firm without any hesitation.

Richard from the Banbridge Showroom just finished fitting our beautiful new worktop overlays. Richard is professional, easy to work with and we had great communication throughout. It was so helpful to have Richard come to our home and show us samples. The whole experience was relaxed, Richard measured up and given us a price during the visit, there was no pressure on us to commit right away. We are very happy that we chose to go with Richard. The attention to detail, pride in the work and finish was all excellent.

I wrote a 5star review 4 days ago about this company whilst the Banbridge rep who carried out the work stood in my kitchen finalising his bill of costs on his phone. When the review was completed he gave me his bill. In doing so, he then failed to honour the agreed cost of the works that were done. On top of this he then added further costs of goods purchased for the project which he had told me would be significantly less, but also failed to produce any additional invoices or paperwork associated with the additional costs. Stupidly, he was paid, but the next day I again asked for proof of costs and invoices but he has now blocked my calls. The project has cost several hundreds more than quoted, with no additional work being carried out. There is a serious lack of honesty, integrity and transparency in how he carries out the business (this is purely a reflection of the Co Down branch). I have taken 4 days to amend my review to ensure it is not a knee jerk reaction to being ripped off. Such a shame, given that the workmanship was excellent but please be aware if using this business in the future. Clearly I would not recommend him.

We’ve just had our kitchen transformed by Richard from the Banbridge Co Down showroom. From start to finish, the experience has been excellent, professional and was completed on time to Richard’s very high standards. Richard was first class from day 1. Quoted price, gave good guidance on what to do and what not to do. Expert in his work and keen eye for detail. Great design experience and solution orientated.
We were planning on painting our existing cupboards but once the new worktops were installed they completely lifted the whole kitchen. The new worktops picked from the samples shown totally matched the existing cupboards. Great job fully recommend.
