The store has a good variety of products and some interesting licensed items. However, the prices are not always the most competitive, and the customer service could be improved. Overall, it’s an average shopping experience — not bad, but not outstanding either.
BEWARE GRAND SLAM NEW YORK - Went into the store to buy souvineers and placed my wallet on the counter, then looked behind me to get something for a brief minute and a staff member stole my wallet. They then lied that i never put it on the counter and then said they didn't speak english, 1 hour later i get ahold of manager but they cannot access camera's until next week, i come back next week and the owner with access still is not available to view cameras.
