Well I honestly have to say Grand-Royal is indeed “reliable and accurate” to their services. Numerous of times I’ve had disappointing and unstable issues when booking appointments for my trip on other traveling companies, I came along with Grand-Royal and they literally assured me on the accuracy of their service which indeed were true and amazing. I am extremely dissatisfied with the room offered to us at the Grand royale Hyde Park. There were two on offer, I chose the larger of the two, but the size simply is not adequate. There is barely room to walk, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The supervisor Marcel did not help at all and offered us no alternatives. I feel a big disparity between what was advertised and what was sold to us. There is barely any space to even walk in the room and bathroom resembles that of one you would find on an aeroplane. I would like some action and resolution to this.
