The cistern / tap is good but it started to overfill. I wrote to Grandesys (in German) but they didn’t bother to reply. It took me hours in the internet to work out what to do but I did manage to fix it. No thanks to Grandesys though. They really could not have been less helpful.
They don't reply on emails and the phone number does not work.
But a month after ordering the product arrived and works perfectly.
I have been waiting for a product for 2 months. They were very quick to charge the costs and the shipping fee of €30, but there has been no response from their side. No confirmation, no response to emails, and the phone number on the site does not exist. It looks like I have been scammed. Very annoying.
