Easy to navigate. Prizes are good. Customer service is brilliant. I contacted them with a few enquiries and they got back to me with all the details I needed almost immediately.
I have tried a few raffle sites in the past and Grand Comps is definitely one of the best. Highly recommended !

Advertised guaranteed draws, but didn’t follow it through, didn’t even let there customers know, I managed to get a refund on my tickets as they broke there own terms and conditions, but it was hard work and took over 2 weeks to get my money back. Avoid them there are lots of other good raffle sites you can use,

This is to your reply below, I was never offered any credit, and if immediate refund takers 15 days then you need to work on your customer service, if anybody would like all proof of this I have pictures of they’re original terms, conversations and bank statements of when I received the money back, the trouble you guys now have is if people can’t trust you to tell the truth here or trust you to run draws when you guarantee them, how can they trust you to run the draws fairly, I wouldn’t

Used this site for the first time the other day. The odds of winning are really good as is the value of the tickets so I took a punt on trying for one of the nintendo switches.

Had a couple of queries about how the process worked and when the comp was actually being drawn. Even on a Sunday I got all the info I wanted from the customer service team within minutes.

Although I didn't win this time looking forward to trying again !
