From measurement to fitting - a really professional job, chap who measured windows took me through reasoning behind decisions i.e. need to fit blind above window to ensure inward opening windows could open (other coys didn't measure this way), fitters explained how blinds worked etc. Great service from start to finish.

Grampian blinds gave a very competitive quote, Lovely young man measured up and quoted there and then very quickly (no waiting around) We were told around 12 weeks for delivery and installation, however took 5 weeks longer! We had no problem with this at all as there were a lot of shutters but customer services did not return our calls to keep us informed so was a wee bit worrying. However Michael came and installed them all yesterday, very professional, fast working, informative and extremely polite young man and we are absolutely delighted with the installation and the shutters look amazing! Well worth the wait! Would have given 5 stars had customer services kept us in the loop with a 2 minute phone call to say they were delayed but overall, I would still purchase from them again. Happy customer!

Came on time. Did the job. Removed rubbish. Followed up promptly with a visit to adjust a blind that had come off the runner.

Our replacement blinds are lovely , just as we expected . Our fitter was most polite and friendly , carried out his work with utmost professionalism leaving his working area clean and tidy .

Superb from start to finish. From coming in and measuring up, providing ideas and their own opinions on what type of blinds would suit the room and to different colour options. All of which look the part once installed.

Spent over £1000 on 3 remote control blackout blinds. Given 2 chargers and only 1 remote of which intermittently works all 3 blinds at the same time.
Sadly after 9 days 1 blind started only dropping 2/3 rds down allowing security light to flood bedroom during the night.
Reported the problem but company unable to find time to come out for several weeks.
Three weeks on no response from company.

Time taken from measuring to fitting was more than double what was quoted ( was told 3 weeks, was into week 7 before fitting took place)
Communication very poor.

This is the second time I have bought from Grampian Blinds. I had plantation shutters fitted on two windows and I am delighted with them. This time I went for blackout vertical blinds for a very large picture window. The same smart young man fitted them. He was a fast worker, very professional and very polite and pleasant. I cannot recommend the service highly enough.
